Very good breakfast and also very good the dinner. The problem is that the restaurant closes at 9:30pm and you cannot enjoy your beer.

During breakfast, toast was provided only upon request. After making the request, two slices of toasts were handed to me BY HAND from the staff. Not on a plate or paper napkins, but bare hands.

WLAN was not very fast. The room was a bit cold because the heater was on low.

It was dirty under the bad It was very noisy because at night some kind of boiler or some heating switched on every 5 mins which had a very loud, disturbing noise, could not fall asleep

The property is in a nice location. Nice clean room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was very good and there was a great choice. Staff is nice and friendly. Also recomended when travelling with a dog.

The towels were smelling very bad. Old sweat and urine straight into my face. They were definitely not washed. I complained but all I got was "I'm very sorry". No new towels. No discount, since I paid for a clean room and didn't get one. Nothing.

Our experience was ruined by two most important details: no wifi - important for international travellers with poor access to data plans ! and ... no managerial staff available to help in any way. The waitresses and cook were out of their leagues to deal with the dead wifi as well as some complications we had with our reservations. When we finally reached somebody of authority, the response was abrupt, and unfriendly. Somebody is naturally a grouch, or was having a VERY bad day. Finally, while very pleasant and responsive to a couple of requests, the cleaning person might want to look under the beds ... vacuuming is needed.

The property was interesting and "chaleureuse", with full of amenities for happy hour-goers like a beer keller, it had also a restaurant with excellent breakfast, and sits in the middle of a nice village with many useful commercial establishments. The sound proofing of the inner court windows was thankfully very good. The restaurant staff were young, obliging and busy. the beds were comfortable and the room simply but pleasantly appointed. The remote manager DID give us a break by not charging us the full price of over-booked rooms that we forgot to cancel. But see below.

Check in is very confusing. Also the restaurant is self service. We weren't allowed to eat inside. You have to order everything in bar outside and pick it up by yourself. No menu provided on the tables, the menu is written on the board by serving bar. The staff don't speak any English and they didn't even try to help us with the menu. They didn't care. You didn't feel welcome there at all. We went to different place to eat and they were fantastic. When we got back we ordered a couple of beers. About half eight they shut the bar. My husband asked if he can have one more beer, they said no. After five minutes a german couple turned up and they served them beer, so eventually my husband got another beer as well. Breakfast was nice, but not any hot choice. Again all self service, even coffee from the coffee machine. We won't be returning.

Very Good Welcome from Very Kind People. Comfortable and Clean Room. Good Restaurant having typical food in the menu and Good Breakfast. Nice Patio where to have lunch, dinner during warm seasons. Parking Site available free of charge. Not far from Nurnberg it could be a good relaxing site for those who wants to visit the City nearby.

All good, but the one thing - it was not easy to find where to check-in, because there is no reception. Check in/out is in the restaurant

We stayed in the family room with 2 adults and three young children. We slept well - which obviously was the most important. Unfortunately the weather was poor so the restaurant missed the traditional Friday afternoon vibe, but we know otherwise it would've been excellent as we stayed here before. The food was excellent - we didn't have breakfast the following morning as we left very early. This hotel is highly recommeneded.
