Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had expected that there would be a homely cozy atmosphere, but we could not even expect how attentive the hosts would be to the guests and to all the details. They turned our stay into a holiday and created an authentic magical atmosphere. The advantages of this hotel are: - it is Family hotel so you've constantly got the feeling of staying at home; - suitable location and closeness to Dresden and Bastei Brücke; - very neat and clean, warm and quiet rooms; - the hotel is at the same time designed like an old-fashioned one but all the facilities are modern and renovated; - the restaurant where you'll try local eco food and if you've got a child or an allergy, you'll be offered something which will be personally cooked for you; - the hosts are completely welcoming and all the essential details they will help to solve in advance. I recommend to come here on some family holidays, during the Honeymoon or on Christmas/Easter. You will surely never regret!

BelgiumThe name landhotel is misleading, we thought the hotel would be situated in green surroudings, but it was at street side. The restaurant was not suitable for this hotel. The restaurant only serves dishes of high quality food, not a normal evening meal. Breakfast is served at the table and limited, an extra bread or whatever must be payed.
