The bath and shower area was dangerous. Getting into the shower by the bath was extremely slippery and could cause injury to guests. Although there was an anti slip area it was under the shower and not where you enter over the bath.

The location was excellent- right next to the main train station and The Altstadt. The decor in the hotel was delightful and the staff welcoming. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was well presented. Lovely bar area for a drink.

When we came back after our visit of the city which we startet at 11 in the morning until 18 o'clock our door of the room was not closed! We closed it when we left so probably the cleaning stuff left it open afer cleaning our room! That is not at all as it should be! The room we had did not let much daylight in as it was directing a small court.

It would have been safer if a rubber mat was provided for the bath tub. We had a fear of sliding down while showering. We had to improvise and use a towel to stand on to feel safe

We loved the fact that it was a historical hotel. the location was perfect. Just across the street for the train station made it easy to transfer from the airport to the hotel. The room was comfy and met all our needs

this is not the first time I stay here during Biofach exhibition. noticed that room service only operates during lunch and evening hours. example I arrived at 3 pm from airport very hungry. could not order before 6 pm. in a five star hotel room service must be around the clock. also did not have an Adaptor for European socket. requested from front desk. they told me I have to purchase it which I did. this should be free given to me as a guest to borrow upon my stay as done in all five star hotel. I felt prior to COVID the hotel was much much better.

The bathroom was small. Since I was the only person in the room, I could manage, but a couple might have a challenge. There was also little shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries.

A fabulous location, on the edge of the Altstadt, with its many attractions and restaurants, not to mention the Christmas Market. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. And the breakfast was outstanding.
