Honestly there was nothing. Well one small thing, I would have liked to open the windows a crack, but it seemed to be either all or nothing.

Close proximity to sights, but tucked on a quiet street. Facilities in like-new condition, and very modern. Friendly and helpful staff spoke great English. Comfortable bed! Everything you need.

My ONLY complaint would be that for me the pillows were to soft. That's it.

From the moment we got there right up to our departure - the friendliness and kindness from the staff was exceptional. Clay and the crew were very accommodating with our early arrival and late departure. I love the feel of the hotel and its location is very close to the train station and perfectly located to the shopping and site seeing. They gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and how to get around. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pillows were poor - double bed is sipped two singles but you could feel the seem in middle when lying . They should have a topper .. finally the only real criticism was the breakfast .. what a waste of money and over priced fir what it was .. stale bread clearly from day before poor selection … nothing hot .. coffee machine broken then subsequently fixed ..

I don’t know if it’s in general but the room we stayed was cold (the weather outside might have to do with it because we are in cold winter days) but we asked them to change our room the other room was kinda warmer

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was truly stunning architecturally. We had room service from the restaurant for our first dinner as we arrived late, and the food was exceptional.

Breakfast was a bit light for what we paid for it. Would’ve loved more eggs and options.

I got put in a bottom floor room initially but when asked to have one like the room in the booking process, they moved me no problem.

The room we chose (based on price) was a bit compact. There was some noise from outside and up above. We were not able to enjoy the restaurant as it was too busy.

The location to the Christmas market (old Market) cannot be beat. Felt like a boutique hotel - added touches like touch screen lights, modern decor and bathroom. Many different light modes which was nice for nighttime bathroom access. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice to have water and snacks at the entry and sparking water in the room. Coffee maker nice with pods.

WiFi very slow. The information espresso machine was great for coffee but hopeless for tea. A small electric jug is needed.

This was a great value for a modern facility in the heart of Cologne. We went for the Christmas markets and the location was perfect. Very comfortable accommodations in a very walkable location. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook.
