The hotel location is perfect, directly closed to the train station (Friedrichstrasse) and the city centre (Bundestag). The room was big enough for two people and the personnel helped us when we needed.

The cleaning staff forcibly entered my room on 2-3 occasion while I was in there. Please have better communication to know when a room has already been cleaned, and please adhere to the “do not enter” tags on the door.

The front desk is helpful and attentive to guests needs. For example my tv didn’t work on day 1, so in exchange I got a complimentary breakfast. Also my return flight wasn’t till late so they let me check out an hour late. The breakfast is vast and tastes good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cakes, fruits, oatmeal, juices, salads, cheese spreads, etc. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Breakfast option was expensive. I did not try it. There is a nice bakery 100 meters to the north. Toilet had a weird view to the shower (so you can watch people shower while you take a sh*t). There are hotels closer to station, and I guess nearest supermarket is at the station (Friedrichstr.). The restaurants that near the river are kinda expensive. Going north there are cheaper places.

Location is really good. Very near Friedrischstrasse. where the Bahns go. And almost by the river Spree. My room had both view to inner yard and a small balcony. Views from the balcony were nice. Everything was clean , there was an empty minibar, which was perfect for storing cool drinks during hot Berlin weather. Room was not big, but it was just the right size for me.

Compared to the past, I found the breakfast considerably reduced, not at a high level and not in line with the current price (22eu): not everyone eats a lot of savoury things in the morning, as for croissants, cakes, the choice is very limited, small pieces and of modest quality.

The bathroom has been designed so someone could use the toilet whilst someone else is using the bathroom. However this is negated by the fact there is clear glass between the toilet and shower area, so if I was having a shower I could see someone using the toilet 🤮

Elevators could take very long to arrive during peak hours. We were given a room with a door to another room, but since those aren't soundproof, we could hear our neighbors very well. The mattress was maybe a bit too soft for our personal liking (though we slept well).

Online check-in was easy. The rooms were clean and modern. It was very quiet in a room to the inner courtyard. Our rate was very fair.

The rooms were very warm and very dry. There was some sort of climate regulation but it did not seem to be working. The windows did not open.

The location was great, the beds and pillows comfy. It was quiet and the cleaning was good. In the morning there was coffee in the bar for us that did not want breakfast and in the afternoon there were apples and water for when youd been out all day. Close to museums, restaurants and bars. And very close to the train to the airport.

Easy to access instruction for the air-condition and heat thermostat.

Perfect location, close to "everything", including Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse so we could go anywhere we liked. Good standards, clean and nice interior at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location, clean, decent sized rooms. Had a bar downstairs which was popular for guests. Really friendly reception staff.

I had requested a double bed but it was just two twins pushed together and two twin duvets. The room is very small so there was no space for my luggage to be open (had to put it on the bed)

Great location, central to museum island, the trains and good restaurants. They have upgraded the tv to casting device so you can watch streaming devices from your phone.

TV in the room didn't work but this was not a problem for us.

Location of the hotel is excellent. We were able to walk to all the major museums and attractions we wanted to see. There are plenty of restaurants and a few bars very near to the restaurant. The Thai restaurant food I would recommend and also Murphy's Bar for a drink. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Excellent location close to attractions, amenities and transport yet in a quiet setting

We chose a room facing the inner court yard. It was quiet but no view. Another time I wouldn't pay extra for a courtyard facing room, but hope for a city view. The area was fairly traffic free so probably not noisy.

Comfortable, quiet and excellent choice at breakfast. Spacious lobby with seating, free coffee from the bar in mornings. Free fruit, and chocolate in lobby. Bags stored after check out.
