Some design aspects of the room are a little lacking. More plugs would be good to have and the shower control unit stuck out quite far so it's easy to knock it whilst you're showering

The bathroom is too small and the door is quite tricky I got stuck inside without even locking it.

There are a lot of options for breakfast either if you’re a sweet or salt teeth. Also the checkout is at 12pm which is very convenient if you’re traveling during the afternoon so you don’t spend too much time outside.

Could do with a touch up in places, but for the price, you can’t really argue. Our sink in the bathroom was leaking on arrival, they had to come up twice to look at it, and it was still leaking a little, but didn’t want to ask again

Instead of a separate bathroom, there was a minimal shower room and a sink directly beside the door, and a small toilet with a glass door. (OK for a person travelling alone, of course.)

Nice hotel, good location near the university, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. The hotel room had a desk, minimal but just enough for working. Peaceful to sleep.

We did a mistake of walking from Central Station to the hotel, and there are a lot of roadworks happening. We should have taken a taxi or maybe not as there are climate activist blocking the road at the time we arrive. I will say we are just unlucky at the day of our arrival. The elevator is very small, if you have big wheely luggage, it can only fit you and the luggage.

Breakfast is amazing and reception are very helpful + friendly. Very close to everything in Munich and we just walk around to explore the area. The hotel is surrounded with a lot of restaurant and bars/pubs, so there is a lot of things to do in the area.

If I order a room with one double bed, I expect the bed not to split into two halves in the middle of the night. It could be taken care of. Because it's a bit hard to get up in the middle of the night after falling to the ground. The shower and mold in the grout leaves a lot to be desired.The 19€ fee for car parking is a big exaggeration.

Room big and clean.There is a kettle in the room and a large selection of drinks, mineral water of good quality. glasses, wine glasses and everything you need. TV with a large selection of programmes. Quiet and pleasant room. In the bathroom there is a bath gel and body lotion, a shaving set, a comb and a cosmetic set.Service nice and very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area. Close to restaurants, bars and the river by which you can walk. Safe and peaceful surroundings.

In front of our room were used bed linens, probably forgotten there by the cleaning personnel on that day. We stayed at a room on the 6th floor and in the morning the elevator was often occupied by the cleaning personnel, so we had to use the stairs several times, which was honestly quite annoying. The stairs and corridors were not too clean, although the rooms were OK. Lastly, although free wifi was supposed to be available in every room, it was nearly impossible to get stable signal on the 6th floor and eventually we gave up on that.

The position is great, few minutes on foot from the two Pinakotheks and other fascinating museums. There are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket. The staff was also very friendly.

The bathroom (especially the shower) is really small and there aren't good storage shelves in the bathroom. The walls are very thing so you hear everything.
