In our room (229), there was no conditioner, and knowing the blankets are warm, it sometimes gets too hot in there. It was okay in early May but it might be hot & stuff in summer.

Great team, everyone was so friendly and helpful!! Great quality, 20 mins from the center with a stop nearby. Located close to shops, lovely cafe. This area of the city feels Scandinavian: calm, safe and lovely.

Pretty much everything! The room was a good size for me as a solo traveller and would likely be fine for a couple as well. The room was comfortable and clean along with the bathroom. While I didn't have cause to interact with the staff much, when I did, they were excellent. The room had a tablet with hotel information, city information, digital newspapers and magazines and much more, including the ability to order amenities you may need, some free and some chargeable, delivered to your room. It was very warm while I was there and upon returning to the hotel one day, I noticed cool towels and fans had been made available beside the check in desk, along with cold water always being available. The lifts wouldn't go to any floors without the room key being touched first, and the staff member who checked me in didn't say my room number aloud when he gave me the key. As a solo female traveller, these things made me feel more secure. The value for money was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and staff were very courteous and welcoming. The atmosphere of the hotel was calming and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. We took our dog and upon arrival were given a bag of treats for her, which she loved. The location is @ 10 min walk to the bus station and was very easy to get around. We will definitely stay again when ever we visit Hamburg.

Size of double room was okay for single guest - with two people it would have been a bit tight. Desk/table rather small, i.e. barely enough to fit a laptop.

Location - the next metro/ city train station isn‘t very close, bus station is only a few minutes away, but it takes pretty long to get to the city center by bus/ taxi in case there is a traffic jam

Way to hot in the hotel and rooms we had no heating on and windows open and still extremely hot. Couldn't work the kettle out and no milk

The hotel is very clean. Staff is taking care of your needs immediately. parking is very comfortable. breakfast is delicious. Beds are comfortable. I would definetely stay here again.

Although housekeepers were clearly in my room each day, I don't believe my linen was changed once out of an 8-day stay, even though I requested for linen to be changed every second day. The bed was remade professionally each day, but still had wrinkles from a previous rest. Towels were only replaced once. The shower in the sauna area was out of service for most of my stay. There was a notice placed on the door two days after the fact, apologizing for the inconvenience.

The location was perfect. Very close to a bus stop. There was a train stop nearby too if you don't mind walking a small distance (you could also use a city scooter to get there!). Parking was available in case I had my own car. I felt very safe walking from the bus/train station at night. The hotel still feels very new. Modern design. There was a tablet in the room which provided much-desired information about the hotel, amenities, and nearby highlights. I liked the fact there was a bar and sauna on the property. The rooms were very quiet. A new bottle of complimentary water was placed in the room each day.

Check-in and check-out takes too long time, I had given all the information by check-in online, in normal check-in and then in check-out. Very annoying. Too many emails from the hotel to me!

They claim to have a sauna, however, this is only open from early afternoon until early in the evening and not in the morning. Also we booked the hotel due to they did offer e-charging - however, this only worked shortly and then power was cut to all chargers and charging cable could not be released and we had to spend next morning finding a hypercharger as car was not charged.

I travel to Hamburg for work frequently and I love that the rooms have a fridge, which sadly isn't the norm in Hamburg and that there is a very decent craft beer place right next to it! I recommend! It's clean and the staff is nice.
