Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was excellent - city centre, close to businesses and one can easily find a place to eat and buy whatever else you would need. Varieties of eateries and provision stores are all around the hotel.

SwitzerlandWell, the location being too close to the red light district is a bit sketchy at night. There are good pubs and bars too where the crowd is nice.
The room was perfect with comfortable beds and good lighting. The location is an advantage as well as a disadvantage because it is close to the train station and close to the red light area. A good stay if you have trains to catch the next morning.

United KingdomThe station area is rather unsavoury. This is not the fault of the hotel and I did not feel unsafe when actually inside it, but I would not recommend arriving at, or returning to, this hotel after mid-evening. Travellers needing a hotel near to this station need to arrange their visit to avoid security risks of the area, whichever hotel they choose.
Basic but clean and comfortable hotel, whose main advantage is its short suitcase-wheeling distance from Frankfurt Hbf. (I did not order breakfast so cannot comment on this aspect.)

AustraliaEven though the location was great , the dodgy people hanging around the streets outside was pretty intimidating and we did want to be back before dark. Lots of drunks and drug addicts. I know the hotel can do nothing about this but still be aware. The room could have done with a small fridge to keep drinks cold etc They provided tea and coffee but no where to store milk and no kettle to boil water for the tea. Just a warning to others that Frankfurt shuts down on a Sunday so nothing at all was open. Be prepared with snacks etc.
The room was of an okay size. The beds were comfortable and I can be quite picky when it comes to beds. The location of the hotel was great as was very close to down and we walked to see all the attractions. It is only about 300 metres from the train station. Breakfast while not huge , was satisfactory and filled the gap. Options of hot food, cheeses, eggs, cereal and toast of which all was good. The kitchen lady with the long hair in a pony tail was extra nice each morning and she even filled our thermos with hot water as we were catching the train to Vienna that morning. Rooms were cleaned everyday and we were given a free bottle of water each morning.

nice service, friendly staff and full of service mind, we can left our luggages at hotel's storage for 2 nights during our trip to Mainz and Bacharach, when we coming back that luggages waiting for us at the front desk, ready to check in again. The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from Frankfurt HBF and 10-15 minutes walk to Cathedral and center. around the hotel are lots of restaurant, shops and fruits even atmosphere not so tidy but 5 mins walk to Rhine river bank is lovely.

Location is very nice and so convenient bcz it is very close to the centre station. Room is clear and suitable. There are different staffs who works on the differnet day. The man at the 1st & 2nd day that we went is very kindly l, friendly and so warm, but the woman is not good, she is not friendly. When we was trying explain about reason why we asked like this, she didnot cooperate and gave us the aggressive attitude.
