Noisey traffic both trains and cars all night. Definitely not a quiet location.

Hotel was a little way out, however public transport was close by. Was a little noisey with traffic and trains all night however the trade off was that staff very helpful and friendly.

When I reserved for 2 adults and 1 child, it should be clearer that they would charge extra for one more bed. There is not enough parking lot for everyone (I have searched with that filter on), so I had to leave the car on the street.

The room size was really good, but there was a strong not pleasant cleaning product odor. The breakfast service is excellent. Location not really good.

I don't know if it is normal in Germany or if this was pure from the hotel but I didn't liked i had to pay 150 euro deposit (which they returned during checkout) cause I saved this money for my holiday.

A bit awkward to get to and the location in general made us feel a bit uncomfortable walking outside at night. Whilst there is a lift to the upper floors, there are still a few steps to negotiate to get to the reception and also from the lift to the rooms

Problem w shower door. Opening of shower door was kind of diffucult because of toilet. It should b replaced by sliding door better.

- I needed to pay a deposit of 150€ when arriving at the hotel (in case we smoke at the room), which we did not know before arriving - The location is quite far away from the next train station (15min per foot) - The hotel is located next to a speedway which can make it a bit noisy - The temperature control and pressure of the shower could be better

Unfortunately the lobby of the hotel was just under renovation which had it look a bit messy, the room and bath however were really decent. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and the bathroom really spacious with a big shower.

The pillows are horrible, I woke up with a headache, the rooms next to the highway are really loud, windows needs to be replaced, no phonic isolation. Obviously we saw that some renovations are happening, so fingers crossed.

The hotel room is big and spacious. Everything is clean, nice clean bedsheets, clean bathroom. Breakfast is not bad, continental breakfast.

Renovation work being carried out, however I understand improvements are being made. So it doesn't bother me that much.

Lift broken for 2 days, staff at breakfast making jokes because i didn't speak german, just one kind of cake for breakfast, the area around is a bit shady, very expensive for what it offers.

Location of the Hotel is not good for people who come only for night. Too close to the autobahn.

Whilst the hotel is good, it's not in an ideal location. Its a train ride from Hamburg & then a reasonable walk from station. There's little to see/do in the area so fine for an overnight stay but I wouldn't stay longer.

The room was a good size and very clean. Food in the restaurant was good and well priced and all staff were friendly and helpful.
