Location was abit far from the city centre with bus coming rather irregularly. The lack of a fridge in the hotel room

The location was perfect for me. I travelled by car and needed a place near the highway. I was travelling with a pet, so it was essential that there was the option of bringing a pet. Breakfast was really good.

We arrive to hotel at 22:00 (aprox.). There was nobody at reception desk. We were waiting there for 10 minutes and when recepcionist came to US, she do not appology for this. First impression has been very bad.

There was only one kettle and one coffee machine for both suites. I expected to have both in each suite.

The bar did not work in the evening. There was only plain water and alcoholic beverages in the vending machine with drinks and snacks. The room could be cleaner.

WIFI did not work in multiple locations within the property, a major inconvience. The shower easily spilled over onto the bathroom floor. A poor choice of shower style - the 'half door'. It was so obvious the water would run over and was a disappointment. They need to watch for clogged drains much more closely. There is nothing nearby. You must have a car or take a taxi everywhere.

It was a nice, clean hotel. A good value for the size of the room. The beds were comfortable and multiple outlets were handy. I was surprised how nice it was.

The location was very difficult to access with public transportation. There was only one bus coming near to the hotel that was scheduled for once an hour. The bus stop from the city to the hotel is in the middle of the highway without enough light and proper pedestrian road.

The staff were nice and helping. There were usually drinks and fruits available in the lobby.

Reception couldn't help with change for the automat with sweets in their own hotel. I didn't have any change and asked if I could "buy" money from them but just a clear "no". I would gladly have paid extra if that was the problem, because we checked in because of the bad weather on our way home from Berlin, so I wasn't prepared, and my daughter didn't have any Friday sweets or snacks. First world problems I know - but first world hotel so I expected a little bit more. I would have liked the staff in the reception to be more friendly and helpful. With sincere smiles...that is a very important detail for me, when visiting hotels. Buffet was a bit too over priced because the quality was not that good, but still it was an okay restaurant with more friendly staff. And it was the most expensive small soda I have ever bought anywhere 😅 Not big problems but the details matter.

I liked the room and the bathroom with a bathtub - also the room was clean and tidy and there was a water with a "welcome" which is a nice little gesture 😊

Facility: old.

It is generally good. Compared with Leonardo hotels we took before in other cities, this one is with old facility, less spacious room. But the gym and Sunna is super good, that could be value added. Parking is convenient and with good price.

Very convinient for a stop-over on our driving from Norway to Spain. Close to the motorway and with Tesla Superchargers. Quiet with windows closed, but noise from the motorway if open. Nice breakfast. Dog-friendly.
