There is an egg-like smell in the glass cup used for drinking juice in the restaurant. I think the reason is because it was cleaned by hand and not by power washer. Also, the white face and body towels in the bathroom need to be scented with pleasant scents that reflect the level of cleanliness, and traditional washing is not enough. I sincerely apologize for getting into the finer details, but I consider this to be the action I would take as if the hotel were my own. Thank you.

The check-in was quick and easy. Good and friendly service, both German and English-speaking staff. I was able to spontaneously extend my stay without any complications. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Easy access to room with elevators and key cards. Location was good and close to public transport, shops and parks.

Unfortunately scheduled building works meant that the hotel got noisy from 9am each morning.

The room was a good size with two double beds; the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the late check out as well

we booked through booking.com but when arrived we were given downgraded rooms because of ongoing reconstruction. staff told us we can cancel if we can...instead making correct description of rooms, they obliged put us option take it or get away....

Our stay at this large hotel exceeded expectations. While the facility is quite old, the room's value for money was exceptional, especially with a high city view. Although the restaurant was closed, finding dinner nearby proved a bit challenging, but overall, we were satisfied

15 min walk from the last ubahn station. Possibly you can spent your time better than walking through suburbs. Faucets look old but functional.

Breakfast is definitely 10 out of 10, tasty and varied. Rooms are clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

I just wanted a little more water pressure while i was taking a bath. It was a little low.

Good location, easy to find if you travel by car. Not far from the center of Munich. big plus that this hotel is pet friendly, we had a dog with us... Nice quiet residential area with a park nearby to walk a dog.

There are no drawers in the bedrooms, just open shelves. Not much storage for clothes when stopping longer than a few days.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent with selections for everyone’s taste.

The hotel wifi is awful. Hard to connect, sometimes does not work, issues with some devices … one reason not to come back. Pubkic transportation is not very close ( 10+ min walk).
