How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I reach to the hotel but the front disk told me the dont have a room same what I ask for, the take me to other hotel called NYX hotel, that was a complete shock for me as I came from along flight waiting for half an hour with the staff and telling they don’t have my room type!
NYX was nice.

The housekeeping and maintenance was a bit disappointing. The table lamp wasn’t working and it’s too dark in our room, the maintenance team did not fixed or replaced the bulb after we had notified them.. We stayed there for 3 nights in a very dim situation.. The housekeeper just make the bed on the 2nd day but without vacuuming the floor and clear the thrash.. it was better on the day after.
Location was really convenient and they had a basement parking (parking podium next door) that connected to the hotel. There’s a self service laundry, supermarket, bus stop and train station just a few minutes walk away. The staffs at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Room was a little hot for two people. The room was directly over shipping lane heard and was woken up Evey morning by for trash, shipping trucks etc.
Room was smaller that advertised, however i believe thats was a booking.com mistake more that the hotel.

Location, it is really far from the city centre. And the drain in the shower was clogged and urgently needs cleaning.
The rooms were decent, the staff at the reception was very friendly, bus stop directly outside the hotel, nice hotel bar

Location is little far from the city centre, but there is the bus comes at the door of the hotel.
I liked my stay in the hotel, spcially thr breakfast was fresh and diversified. The staff were helpful specially to guide you to oleaces around the city. Also, the room was comfy and equipped with everything and classy bottle of water 😍

we ask as a family to open the connection door between adjacent rooms they promised to open , but when we com back still they didn’t open the door

The only thing l hated was the bathroom door can not be sealed. When l finish showing the water would be all around outside the shower room.
There's a bus station just outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and kind and helpful. The room was big enough and comfortable.

Bar never open. I'm no big drinker but why have a bar and restaurant if it's not manned?

The pillows - too big and bulky and got very warm very quickly
Great welcome from Dominik (reception) and Jeika (Housekeeping) on arrival. Jeika was exceptionally helpful with information - and provided us with a kettle, milk and teabags which is not standard. What a delightful woman who offered custmer service second to none. A lady who clearly loves her job and loves people - she is a real credit to the establishment. The room was cleaned well and comfortable - although I found the pillows uncomfortable (too large). A good location with good transport links tothe city centre and other parts of Munich. Would definitely recommend.

I would have liked more regular coffee in the room. But no actual complaints.
The location was very convenient. There was a parking garage next to the hotel which was very helpful. Only 10-13 minutes walk from the nearest train station. There is a grocery store across the street and several restaurants and bars only minutes away. Great value and safe location. Recommended.
