Breakfast could have been way cheaper than 21€/person…

Everything was perfect as usual. It’s not the first time we stay here, we always come back when traveling to Baden-Baden. The hotel is under renovation, but no real discomfort behind that except for the closed spa. Perfect location, very good room and comfortable stay. Very convenient parking.

Ok so 2 wifis both disconnect all the time. Then hard to come back in on it again. Quite a few min each time. Forget wifi and re do was best option. The doors makes alot of sounds, like they close to fast/hard. So adjurning rooms around was easy ro hear. This 80x80 pillows aint the best to sleep with, very high/thick as well. Seems to be a german thing tho. Guess its up to each and everyone if one likes it or not.

Fresh and clean, updated and modern. Nice touch which touch charge for phone and could connect apple tv/chrome cast to the tv straight in the wall.

Air conditioning is extremely weak. We had one room at the side of the building where there had been sun the whole day, A/C was never going to cool that down even at max power since this has barely any, and the room was a complete Sauna. The other room had no direct sun but A/C never really managed to make a noticeable difference. Room orientation was key. This really need checking for the warmer days.

Room was spacious and had been freshly renovated. Staff were nice and helpful.

We stayed in a renovated room, but the quality was very poor. It was cleaned only on the surface. On a closer look there were many disgusting things like the toilet, the bathroom door looked dirty, the espresso machine water recipient had brownish deposits and many others. The walls and windows are not soundproof. Very very small parking space. We stayed for one night to catch the morning flight, but better remained in Strasbourg

The room temperature setting was a little too warm and the room could have been provided with clear instructions on how to adjust the temperature.

Hotel is a bit away from the main city centre which is a negative. However it is a walking distance.The fitness centre and the pool were closed for renovation. The staff especially the Lady Aigul at the reception was very helpful.

We did not like that the pool and fitness areas were closed. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and we knew the facilities, so I did not pay attention to what was unavailable. After going back to my reservation, I saw it. It was my mistake.

The room was excellent. It was a good size for a small family.

we have been very disappointed with the lack of spa facilities that were mentioned on the website. this was the main reason we chose this hotel..... this can be understood that the spa facilities are under work, but should be clearly mentioned in internet, prior to the booking and ARRIVAL!!!

The sink in the bathroom was clogged,. And the kettle didn't work.. it leaked all over the place. So i couldn't immediately access clean drinking water. But the staff downstairs helped me figure out what to do. I was in a bad place when I got there, very exhausted and hungry, so felt a bit overwhelmed by small things like this

Breakfast was great. The staff were great and very helpful. I ordered vegan soup for dinner and it was amazing.

There are some minor equipment issues, nothing major.

Breakfast is excellent. There are swiming pool, sauna, gym and bar very convenient for family activity. Location is good to go to the main attractions by foot or public transportation. Room has a balcony, outside fall scenery is beautiful.

In general the hotel is a little worn and outdated, the carpets in corridors and rooms stained and "smelly". The restaurant was understaffed and we had to wait to get served.

Quiet but central location. Parking. Good food was served in the restaurant. Lovely gardens close by, perfect for an evening walk.
