Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThey put us in a room close to the elevator, so we heard the elevator noise all night long. That was not good!
The room was nice, with a nice size balcony! The hotel is close to the city centre. You can walk in a beautiful garden to reach the city centre. The swimming pool with a small jacuzzi was a great option to enjoy with the family!

AustraliaI enjoyed using the gym but it was quite hot from the pool and needed better air circulation. It was also hard in the early afternoon/evening to find a receptionist at the desk. Multiple guests would ask each other questions instead i.e. location for a toilet near the lobby etc.
Amazing staff like Cynthia who were a joy to speak with and had great recommendations.

Large rooms, with balcony and view of garden. The room had a large comfortable bed. pool and gym available. A short walk to get to Lichtentaler Allee on which you can take a pleasant stroll to the town centre. Supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance.

United KingdomCheck in process was very poor. Long queues, only one person on duty who didn’t appear to usually work front of house. Better staffing levels needed for peak times, especially as travellers submit room requests + arrival times in advance.
Large room, great views, no intrusive housekeeping or unnecessary interruptions. Breakfast, lobby area + quiet zone are all fully functional + create a relaxing environment.

PortugalParking is terrible (either you arrive by 6ish or there is no place) the rooms and pool would really need some renovations.
The hotel was quite nice, the facilities include the pool and the breakfast is really diverse! The price was quite good for what was offered.

LuxembourgSome of the services were not accurately described or were not available. For example, we were handed out a small leaflet explaining the room service hours, but when I called to order a few things I was informed that room service was unavailable. Another example is that the hours (restaurant, bar etc.) that are mentioned in the information sheet are not really respected (e.g. I tried to ask for dinner well within the kitchen opening hours only to be informed that the kitchen was already closed and that I had to find something elsewhere). The common spaces were not very clean. The hotel is definitely showing its age.
The room was spacious and most of the stuff was new or renovated with few exceptions that showed the hotel's age. The hotel offered sufficient free parking.

Germanyif you need something they were telling come and get from downstairs they don’t bring to your room. there is a free parking but because the hotel staff does not check how the guests park you are not able to find parking space if you come late to hotel because of selfish guests. they were parking at the 2 parking space simultaneously. that was bothering. receptionists were talking as if it is gift and they can’t regulate it and guests can park how they want. anyways did not like 2 of the staff members.

United StatesShower head was broken, wouldn't stay in the holder on the wall. Room AC/fan was not strong at all even on full blast and dropped to 16 C- had to open window to cool room off and stay comfortable in the room to sleep.
The breakfast was wonderful, bed was very comfortable. Check in/out process was easy, staff was wonderfully kind! Free parking on site was a bonus!
