It smelled kind of old, which was a given with the more old looking furniture in the room though.

We really liked the room in general and everything was very clean. Also the furniture looked very nice, but wasn't too comfortable (but we weren't staying in the hotel all day). The bed was very comfy, the only thing that bothered us, was that it was two seperate beds and there was a noticable little space between the matresses.

Building was very old, key was bulky and therefore hard to carry around.

Since my room was a single one it was too small and not too much comfortable. In the other hand everyting at it was in perfect condition. I'm sure that my disapointment comes from the fact that it was a single room instead of a double room for one person use

Breakfast didn't offer a lot of vegan options. At the same time the room fee already included the breakfast. Thus, it was paying money for not great value for me specifically as a vegan. It would be great if one can opt out of the breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly. The location was close to a train station.

The only thing I would improve is having an air conditioner, since I was in Munich in very hot days it was hard to fall asleep without something to cool it a bit.

An old-fashioned hotel in the positive sense of the word: friendly reception, small but quiet and clean rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast buffet and decent coffee, easy public transport to city centre, parking available. Good value for money in Munich.

The pillow provided was odd! Took a bit of getting used to. The room was hot even with the window open.

the Location is 10 walking minutes from the subway, hence not ideal. but that would be the only little flaw I can think of.

Reception is not open 24/7 and since we needed to leave very early (at 6 am), checkout had to be made the evening before. Ventilation in the room was not very sufficient unless you open the window :)

Hotel located in quite busy road, but since rooms located in the back of the 2 part building, they were very quiet. Breakfast selection was also excellent enough for such a bit smaller hotel and both service and breakfast room were pleasent. Beds were good. Hotel has good parking (both garage and outside) area.
