Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesOnline check in was a fail. First person I talked to was NOT very helpful, second person was. The electric doorknob needs to be a regular size knob or door bolt not the tiny round thing they have. Took five tries to enter property.
Being able to cook a meal. Could use a microwave and a small skillet.

Great location and facilities in the apartment were good. Stayed 3 nights mid week and left at the start of the folk festival. May have been noisy at night as the place got really busy the day we left.

We eventually received a new one via WhatsApp but getting onto someone took a good 20 minutes and was very stressful when you have just arrived in a foreign town. Not a problem for us but quite a lot of steps to get to the apartment. A bit noisy at night from the street below.

CanadaThe property requires 2 passcodes which were not received in advance as stated, then the room code was incorrect and we struggled to get to customer service which was only reachable via mobile phone. There should have been a wifi enabled internet connection to resolve door access issues. fortunately, a passerby with a local mobile called for us.

Location was perfect, overlooking the Christmas market in Maximiliansplatz. We had 5 rooms as we were travelling as a large family group - and each room was large and well laid out. There was a parking garage close by - down the stairs in the square.

Australiano reception or staff on site. the building and studio access keypads were a bit erratic. the keys on the pad are very small and difficult to see. I can imagine would be a real challenge for anyone with less than perfect eyesight. but the staff were excellent and very responsive in helping when I had a problem getting in - obviously had to call the helpline for assistance. but overall it didn’t detract from what was a really good property and an excellent stay.
excellent location in centre of town; very stylish, safe and secure and spotlessly clear. big, bright room - I had a view across the square which was great for people watching.

United StatesIt was difficult to get my access code. Then it was very difficult to open the room's door with the code. We traveled as a group staying in 3 separate rooms. In one room there was no electricity in the bedroom though the bathroom had electricity. There was no hot water. We contacted Limehome's support staff who assured us that a maintenance person would come fix the problem. No one came. Finally Limehome said no one would come to help. Only on the final night did Limehome give instructions on how to turn on the power for lights and hot water. Our friend had to take showers in the room of our other friend because she had no hot water.
The room's furnishings were good. The location was good.

NetherlandsThe process of checking in and obtaining the access codes looks quite complicated at first but in the end worked very quick and smoothly.
To be honest I had not expected to have booked a studio apartment, which was a bit too much for just a one night stay. I can perfectly imagine though that people can spend a longer period. The apartment is well-designed and is of very good quality. The kitchen is well supplied and both kitchen and bathroom are very clean.
