Sadly the heating wasn't working (yet) and it was pretty cold in the morning. It was just a very cold in the early morning already and it would have been nice to heat up the room but I also understand if that wasn't possible due to centralized heating systems.

It was my second stay here and in general it was just as good as the first one. Much care put into preparing the room, the cleaning personell must be very attentive so props to them! The extra tea bags and coffee capsules and condensed milk for the coffee machine were a nice added touch.

We had difficulty with the cooker which understandably could not be resolved late on a Friday evening.

Lovely spacious flat in the heart of Bayreuth. Kind staff on the phoneline made a special effort to ensure that we could get into the property in time to make it to the opera (to note that access is normally from 3pm).

Unfortunately towels and a quilt(Decke) for one person was missing.I called the 24/7 assistance and was in contact with a very nice person. Unfortunately it was not possible to provide us with the towels and quilt at that time of the evening. The person offered us a 40 % discount that we accepted (how will we be refunded?) Besides this it was a great stay.

The contactless approach made it easier to a group to hire a room which was used for a party. We had a sleepless night due to loud music, fire alarms and banging at the door.

The location was great, with the Main Street just around the corner. We had everything we needed in the accommodation.

It is very difficult to get to the apartment by car, and there is no parking. This cost and extra EUR 35 for two days. I will be more aware of parking being included in the apartments in future, they made now effort to advise me where to park

The apartment is located in the old town and gives access to everything once you are there, but getting there is the issue.

There is no own parking. But if you arrive at weekend, the nearest parkings are free.

The hotel is situated in the old city centre. That is the biggest advantage. It was 3 minutes by foot to the shopping mall and to Christmas market. All the kitchen utensils are available in the apartment.

If you are going to base a service on technology, best be sure it works. It didn’t. When I arrived after an 9 hour journey, I was locked out of my room for two and a half hours. I was promised a call back after an hour which never arrived. I was locked out again the following day when Limehome changed the front door code without telling me. If you are going to offer self catering, best be sure that the appliances work. They didn’t! I bought a load of food so that I could cook dinner when I finally got into the apartment but the electric hob wasn’t working. Limehome offered me a 10% refund which is frankly desultory given the hassle I went through

Good central location and superficially neat and tidy. Things like the single bedside light with a missing lamp shade and naked lightbulb betrayed a lack of attention to detail.

travelling with the family we booked an apartment, without the right to cancel the reservation. Our criteria were a non smoking room with parking. We received a confirmation from Booking that everything was in order. Opening the confirmation and I am thrown to another booking generator which asks for my personal data induction code, copy of document, electronic signature. I am indignant why I have to fill in personal data on someone else's platform, if I buy the service from Booking. Support service did not respond and did not help, I do not have the right to cancel either. The form has to be filled out within 20 minutes and they give you an electronic key, that's another quest.Arrived at the apartments, you still have to try to find them. The apartment is located in the very centre of the city, where there is no access for cars, but there was a declared free parking. There is no place to put the car at all, we found a paid 20 euros per night four blocks away. We went to the entrance of the apartment, and there the system requires a key from the room and you even further fill the system from the road is very annoying. We went into the apartment, and there stinks all the textiles smoke as after a long party. The view from the window to the rubbish dumps and construction site. I did not like the apartments, did not like the system either, the information on the website is not correct. Booking should warn customers that throws to an independent generator. Then the client himself should understand to book with Booking or take an alternative.

the location of the Apartment was really central and therefore also easy to reach by foot! the design of the apartment is really nice and colourful & the kitchen had all the equipment you could ask for. cleaning was excellent and also the accessibility to the Apartment was really easy with the codes they send you via email

the cleaning staff was very rude. rushed to the room 3 times without permission. I had to put the chair against the door to prevent they came inside again. 😡😡😡. this is the last time I order this apartment

Better communication is needed as we had no soap or toiletries in either of the two apartments. We contacted the owner but received no reply over the 5 days we were there. The shower was not easily used as the thermostats were missing so it was too hot. {the thermostats were in the other flat so we know what it should have looked like] More pillows were needed. We were woken early on two of the mornings by workmen just outside. The TV had no English channels even though the upstairs flat had BBC news. The approach with graffiti was offputting.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was warm. The place was mostly clean, new and fresh. Loved the exposed beams and green decor.

Heating was turned off when I entered the room, even after turning it on it was really cold (less than 15°C) for the whole evening (took about 6h to warm up).

Nicely furnished suite, nice bathroom, good amenieties, very clean.
