I have been using the Booking service for more than ten years. I never had a problem. This is the first time when I could not get into the pre-booked apartments. For more than half an hour, we talked with the service operator by phone, but the code lock never opened. The operator could not help us. We had to look for another accommodation in the middle of the night. In addition, it is very inconvenient when the apartment owner requires own additional registration after the Booking service. During mandatory registration, the owner requires too much confidential information, even more than when opening a financial account in my bank. It is impossible to refuse, because the funds have already been withdrawn through Booking. The registration program is too complicated and involves fixing a face and a personal signature. In the end, the company was unable to provide access to the booked accommodation. I had to cover more than a thousand kilometers without normal rest. To say that I was unsatisfied is too mild.

The owners quickly refunded us the costs for booking apartments that we never used due to problems with the code lock. This is the only thing I can attribute to the positive.

Good location, good size of the rooms, well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, lift, close to the old town, river and parks, many restaurants around, isolated from external noises, good cleaning level.

Love the check-in /check out by mobile phone. Codes working perfectly and apartment is well equipped even with small items like dish washing pads, salt, pepper and so on. We arrived after 8 p.m. and found a free parking in front of the door (till 8 a.m. in the morning). The mentioned parking location we used the next day- it was even closer than the announced 700m and well walkable even with luggage. The general location in Magdeburg is central enough to walk to all major sightseeing spots. We'll come back.

Loved everything about this place - location was great, very modern systems with easy check in and out, and even little gifts to make our stay extra special. We had loads of space in the apartment and they provided two baby beds which fit our childrens needs perfectly. Would definitely stay again.

check in was unfortunately was very annoying. After a long journey, I arrived tired and at the right time (3:00 in the afternoon). They did not send me the apartment number and I waited in the street for an hour.

It is not for the elderly. Spiral stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom were difficult for luggage. There were no glasses for water, just 2 wine glasses. Kitchen cooking implements were sparse. No spatula to turn a fried egg? There was no parking or place reserved to drop luggage before parking. the entrance hall was dark and uninviting. wifi was ok.

The facilities were good generally. It was warm. The beds were ok. It was clean. The kitchen was good.
