There is street parking around the hotel itself, but to have parking included would have made this a 10/10 stay. Street parking was sometimes very difficult to find.

The location was key. A couple of streets down from center city Gladbach. Within walking distance, you have bus stops and breakfast options.

Entry to the property and the instructions given beforehand were excellent. The room was clenn, tidy and had all we needed to enjoy our stay.

I cannot think of anything, so I am just going to say that perhaps a hairdryer would be nice to have.

Spacious room, very comfortable, with a kitchenette and all important appliances; It was a very quiet, clean, well maintained place. WiFi is fantastic and fast. We felt really well here and would always book it again!

Bad cleaning service. They do just a superficial cleaning inside the room. They do not offer soap for the dishes or the dishes machine. They do not wash the dirty dishes when they do once a week the cleaning service either. Apart from that, the corridors and even the elevator were dirty during all the week. I would not repeat. I complained to the maintenant service but anything changed.

There were not enough facilities, like in the shower there was no carpet, and it made it very hard to clean the place. Also, there was no vacuum cleaner or broom to clean the place by yourself (which is kinda preference to me).

The location was amazing and the self check-in process has been exremly easy. Everything was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Little welcoming present has been also cute.

Parking was a bit limited and even though there was a big parking garage in the building it was not open to be used by the guests which seemed weird.

I liked the location and ease of getting into the property. The room was generous and the tea/coffee provided was enough to get going. When I ran out of coffee it would have been great to get some more but as there was no staff to be seen it proved a difficult.

Inconvenient that the places where I could get breakfast - were a bit far. As they don't have reception, I didn't get a clean towel when needed it. You can't enter to building, nor to your room if you forgot access codes (locked out, left my phone in the room). Had issues to connect with WiFi. Arrived at night and was "nervous" whether the details I provided online will be approved so they send me the codes to enter to the room (which is done on the day of arrival sometimes at noontime).
