The only in house option for breakfast was the buffet, which was a little pricey. The hotel is not really close to tourist sites.

The comfort. Our room had 2 cozy armchairs, something you don't usually find in middle-class hotels. The location was very convenient for us. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel (with direct connection to the main railway station) and rapid transit stations are within a short walking distance. There is a good choice of restaurants, cafés and shops close by. The hotel staff was very friendly.

For us the the location was ideal, with easy access to transport, restaurants, shops and the local park. Our room was small but very modern, comfortable and clean, shower was excellent and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. This was our second stay here and we will book again

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and all our requests were fulfilled. We had to book a new room due to our flight cancellation and they allowed us to check in early. The room was what we expected, with a large window and a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is super, right in front of the bus stop and a few minutes walk to the metro and train. It's easy to get to almost anywhere.

The room we booked was called "mini apartment", but it was just a very, very tiny room with a column in the middle ... not so practical. The bed was also a bit too small for our standard (we are both tall!), it was anyway ok. Parking (20€ per night) and breakfast (16€ each per day) were both overprized: we simply skipped them even if I believe that these are the standard normal prices nowadays

The hotel seems pretty new. It is very well located with public transport (busses and metro) very close and the area around offers bars, restaurants & shops. It's a perfect spot to explore the city.

Our room smelled very bad after cigarettes. It would be great if there was a kettle in the room to make tea in the evening.

The hotel environment exudes calm and luxury and the stuff is very kind and helpful. Rooms have comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms.

The breakfast experience was terrible. We were informed that breakfast finishes at 11am when we checked in, great, no issues there. We came down to breakfast at 10.30am (we eat fast so would leave before 11am anyway), as soon as we arrive we were informed again that breakfast would end at 11am 3 different times before we even sat down. At 10.50am we asked for more orange juice (as they had run out) and instead of getting any answer, the member of staff just looked at her watch and begrudgingly went to get some more and decided not to inform us that she had done so. We paid over 16€ per person for this, we obviously didn't book it for any other day. If breakfast finishes at 11am and you make a point of reminding us repeatedly stick to your word and finish it at 11am and not 10.30am.

Room was very well equipped with all amenities needed. Bed was very comfortable and sheets clean. Cleanliness was very important with staff which was a huge bonus. We were allowed to leave our bags after check out which was super convenient.

The floor is a bit cold, maybe there could be simple room slippers or a rug. Other than that everything was amazing!

Super comfy beds, big spacious room (Big & Streetlife room). Our room was not loud at all due to soundproofing. We could pack our stuff comfortably and also the bathroom was very big, we loved the big space in front of the mirror where we could put all our things. Staff was super nice and helpful. After checkout we even drank a coffee and it was delicious. Regarding transportation, we could easily rearch wherever we wanted to go by the closest bus station (it is literally in front of the hotel and other bus stops to different directions are one minute walk away). Everything was very clean & looks exactly like in the pictures.
