Showing signs of wear and a tiny bottle of water and cola aren't really a "free Minibar". More three stars than four.

Was clearly once a very nice chain hotel with a sterile design interior and perfect location at the train station.

It’s directly next to the train station, which is great, but can also be quite noisy, especially if you have a room facing the platforms. Luckily we didn’t and number of trains are fairly limited.

The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. The Indian restaurant that’s also run by the hotel owners is amazing.

The in-room safe didn't work (but we were able to use the main reception one), room was rather hot even with air con (but we could open the window), poor lighting in the room (hard to read in bed).

If you are staying for a few nights, you may have to get your evening meal elsewhere unless you want Indian cuisine every night - could do with a normal menu too. Breakfast selection quite small.

The room was clean and well laid out. Nice to have a bedside unit and sockets either side of the bed. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Indian cuisine restaurant serves really nice food.

very poor lighting in room (energy saving bulbs ) so unable to read . No English news channels . Noisy corridor with only single door separation .

Our room was spacious, light and clean; it faced the roadside but we did not hear the traffic (good windows). The airco was a lifesaver as it was very hot. Free coffee and water in the room. The bathroom is spacious and the shower very good. Free parking on site and EV charges are available on the other side of the road. The breakfast was just right, which is fine for us as excessive breakfast might lead to food waste sometime. The staff was very kind and efficient. Good price/quality ratio.

Paid a small upgrade and got the balcony. Enjoyed a nightcap on the balcony on a lovely warm night

Nice spacey and modern room. Good breakfast. Right next to the station and near the town centre. Reserved parking next to the hotel. We brought our dog, and were not charged extra.

Breakfast, before covid, used to have croissants and bakery which is not available now. The remote attached to the wall to control heat system was not working. Had a portable heater in the room to plug in.

Rooms were very clean. beds were very comfortable..we were very tired coming back from Phantasialand. we wake up fresh after a good night sleep. They also have a Indian restaurant attached to the hotel that was beautifully designed and the food was delicious. we really enjoyed our dinner. breakfast was pretty standard.

I had a different guest entering my room in the middle of the night. After checking in earlier this day they gave me a room that was already occupied by a different guest.

Staff were very friendly & attentive. Buffet continental breakfast was plentiful, fresh & good. The room was large, clean & had everything that you needed. The Indian restaurant served excellent cuisine

Kind hotel staff people. Its just around the station but very quiet in the room. Warm breakfast.

Noise from the street and passing trains. A room that is missing an iron and ironing board or should have an iron in the room equipment.

Rooms large and spacious. Clean and big bathroom and free minibar.

The accommodation was exactly like in the pictures, amazing bed, spacious bathroom and everything’s extremely clean! the staff is superb, the breakfast is delicious… it is indeed an amazing hotel
