There was a minor issue with housekeeping but the front desk manager, Dirk, very swiftly rectified the situation and was of great assistance!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety and my room was very very quiet (always most important to me) and spacious. Very short walk to anywhere of interest in Hamburg. Lots of local amenities.

Unfortunately many of the activities we were hoping to do were not possible because of continued closures. The Beatles Tour was presented nicely, but recommend waiting until the clubs are open to get the full experience.

The location is very central but also quiet, the room had a very nice view and the stuff from the hotel is extremely helpful and friendly! The parking is also great, very spacious and clean and safe!

Odd bathroom set up. I was there with a friend and the bathroom is open, so you have no privacy when showering.

There was nothing I could have faulted about this property, or the service received by the staff.

The location was excellent for where I needed to be for work, and I felt safe. I didn't use the breakfast option as I didn't need to, but the room itself was very spacious and comfortable; it was perfect to come back after long days and nights of work. As a non-German speaker, the staff were excellent.

The room was lovely, modern and bright. Great facilities in the room: a kettle and fridge, Aircon that worked and windows that opened. Everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet was fine, like lots of other hotels. But it was calm and well organised, which isn't a given in my experience. The staff could not be more helpful, suggesting a good park close by to walk our dog.. I really recommend it.

Cost of parking.

Breakfast, location, staff, room with view of city all excellent. Supermarket on other side of the street open until 10pm an added bonus. Plenty of car parking space in underground car park.

It was difficult to get a good night's sleep because the doors are slamming and it's so loud because the door is so heavy and there is no soft close. I can hear people talking outside that it woke me up. As it was a work trip, I did want to have a proper nights sleep. I can hear the people upstairs showering. In the morning, the cleaning ladies start relatively early to clean and so the doors slamming start early and I wanted to sleep in the last day and that was close to impossible. Also, I was checking out the last day and yet the cleaning lady wanted to come in the morning to clean which makes no sense since I was checking out already. Coffee was horrendous though in the room, instant packets which tastes horrible.

Great location, front desk very friendly, sauna was relaxing and there was a nice bar with happy hour prices. Room was also spacious.
