You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

DenmarkA super hotel for stop-overs. It's only marginally more expensive compared to classic Autobahn-hotels but what an upgrade! Nice, spacious rooms with quality interior. It doesn't look of much from the outside but I can warmly recommend. It even has a kitchen downstairs if you want to prep you own meal. Plenty of shops (e.g. a super cheap Aldi) and take-away options within walking distance.

TaiwanThis location does not provide an elevator, and the stairway space is also rather small, which should be noted by those carrying large or multiple pieces of luggage. Other aspects meet expectations.
The location is very close to Moers station, making it convenient to reach Moers downtown by foot.

Modern, clean rooms, good location with restaurants and shops near by, railway station,, mini fridge (1 person room), no need to wait for check-in or out. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, coffee machine etc. Staff answered a phone call immediately. Good effort overall.

LuxembourgThe shower was not closed with glass all around so the bathroom got wet everywhere after the shower. We suggest closing the shower with doors to avoid wetting the whole bathroom. Since our room was close to the entry door, we could hear the door slamming whenever somebody passed through. Maybe something can be done to make it not slammed.
The room was very big with two bedrooms, and everything necessary was there. The room was clean and tidy. I very much appreciated the possibility of parking in their garage. The check-in with the code was helpful since we arrived late in the evening.

United KingdomThe code to check into the hotel did not work so we had to ask for help (which did come promptly). Car park was in a Parkhouse nearby and we did not have to pay for it, but how to get out of the Parkhouse was not made clear enough and the fact that we then had to go back to the hotel to hand in the pre-paid card was not explained either. More info would have been helpful.
The room and bathroom were great. Added bonus of microwave, plates, fridge and coffee machine. Thoughtful for an overnight stop. It meant that we could have breakfast in the room before continuing our journey. Helpful staff.
