Friendly helpful staff and a nice room which served our purposes perfectly. (Junior suite 2 kids /2 adults) . Not a negative for us but if you are a bit shy the bathroom has a glass front so you can see whoever is taking a shower ect but only if you go to that end of the room where the bathroom is. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant but wish we had as it looked very high quality food. Breakfast was nice but no cooked options unless you count a hard boiled egg as cooked. All meats /pastries / cereals were fresh and only paid 15Euro per head extra for adults and 7.50 for the 9 year old so priced about right. Nice beer garden 50 meters from hotel which also served nice looking food and a quiet location. All in all an above average experience and would definitely stay there again if visiting Legoland ( 25 minutes away by car) . Small tip don’t venture in to town to eat at Kobes Burger place , we did , mistake!

there really isn't anything we didn't like about the hotel, except the curtains. the curtains (in our room) don't really make the room dark but the outside area is not that lit up at night.

The rooms are sparkling clean, modern and comfortable. the beds are soft. we didn't try the breakfast so we don't know about that.

Need to walk 2 more staircases after taking the lift to 3F. The bath tub and shower area has no shower curtain, hence the floor gets all wet after shower. Also, no shower gel is provided

Thought we got an upgraded suite on the top floor, very nicely decorated with old timber ceiling. Spacious living room with an open kitchen for basic cooking, plus a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. Parking right outside is convenient too. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

Lovely hotel and setting. Perfect stopover in Ulm. Easy to locate. Safe on street parking. Great staff who patiently catered for our lack of German & a food allergy. Had a tasty and fresh dinner on arrival and a nice breakfast before we left. No complaints.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, so much attention to detail. The hotel was spotless and the staff were so friendly and efficient. The hotel is a renovation of a very old building, so there are some quirks. But the creative use of every crook and cranny is a marvel. The bathroom is small, but the use of the space made it seem much bigger. Parking was available for our car and the S-Bahn was just a 3 minute walk away to get to the Innenstadt.

The hosts didn't speak English very well, but we managed. Toilet bowl was leaking somehow, toilet floor was wet in the morning (they'll fix it). The room was quite hot even though only 20c outside, but could have window open.

Nice small hotel with friendly staff and an attached restaurant. Very good breakfast and it was nice and quiet and got a good nights sleep, so serves its purpose. Very affordable even with included breakfast! Good private parking spot right in front.

GPS had a little trouble locating hotel. Rooms in front never fully dark due to outside lights. No AC.

Right in lovely pedestrian zone near small shops, bus stop, parking. Welcoming staff. Small but comfortable room. Great breakfast. Cafe/restaurant convenient.

The welcome from staff, location and the hotel itself. Breakfast and dinner were excellent too. We have stayed once before in 2015 so it was lovely to return to this impressive property. Car parking was great and free too. Overall 10 out of 10 from us.
