The lady at reception barely spoke english and was visibly upset when she had to do it during my basic checking process. The bathroom emmitted a certain sewer smell.

No mini fridge or kettle to boil water/make coffee in the room (normally quite standard). Even getting hot water from the reception will cost a cup of tea's worth. Quite comfortable location when you travel by car, otherwise probably takes quite some time to get to Stuttgart and back.

Both the bedroom and the bathroom are very clean and has everything you need for a good nights sleep. A decent gym, better equipped than most hotel gyms.

It’s a 2 person bed with a gap between the matrasses. During the night the gap becomes bigger when you roll over in the middle of the bed.

We couldn't cool down the room. It was very hot and although we started the air-conditioning, it didn't seem to work. In the end, I opened the window.

The room was nice, clean. The staff was helpful. Location isn't the best and you can hear the train from time to time. But it was good value for money.

We had a car so it wasn’t a problem, but the location isn’t ideal for people relying on public transportation. About 15’ from the nearest station, which is not that bad, but could be for some.

The kitchen had very limited supplies/dishes and no paper towels. The bathroom door situation is odd. The toilet is totally separate from the shower/sink area, which is fine, but both areas have heavy doors that force close every time you open them. This requires you to open doors four times when you use the toilet and wash your hands. I'm not sure what they were thinking when they designed it that way.

The location is great for the Porsche Museum and factory tour, though it's surrounded by industrial buildings and nothing is really within walking distance. We had a rental car and parked in the underground garage, which is a bit tight. The Deluxe Apartment is fairly large and comfortable with a modern design. The kitchen had a decent refrigerator, microwave, espresso maker and cooktop. The gym is fantastic. Edeka grocery store and a few restaurants are a short drive.

The entrance to underground garages were being rebuilt so it was a bit of a nuissance when going in or out. But we understand it has to be done sometime.

It was a quiet place. We liked the breakfasts. We liked having a room for parents and a room for children to sleep in. We missed one or two chairs to sit on to be ideal.

NO drink water in the room, No water boilers, No night lighting in the room. Hiating was only up to 23 C, for me, the room was a bit cold.

Although free-carpark is written at booking.com when we(also another 2 customers) are checking in, we were informed that no car-park at the hotel, no note at booking.com about carpark-problem. We got really very suprised because it was 11pm. What could we do at that time?? I can not remember the name of stuff(Turkish) but she was very aggressive! and didn't helped to us. No alternative, no help and no excuse. I got out of the hotel at midnight and looked for a carpark! I was very unhappy of Turkish female stuff, even though I'm Turkish also!

New and clean furniture and room. WC and bathroom were seperately. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing …..much in the immediate vicinity but that’s not a complaint

Hotel nice and modern, we had a double room on the 4th floor which was close to the rail line …….. however very good sound proofing with window closed …. Good selection of continental breakfast items, ate out both nights, close to Porsche Museum and factory 1 mile away Good secure underground parking for 14 euros each night
