We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FranceThe fact that customers that do not stay at the hotel come here for breakfast and dinner and get a better service than clients staying at the hotel. Parking was full of restaurant customers so we had to park further away, which was not convenient for our luggage.

We got an upgraded room, staff was very friendly and helped us with ALL our requests. Free parking and charger for my car also appreciated. Late checkout helped me better arrange my day. Restaurant served authentic cuisine, tasty and well priced. Just 7 minutes from center square and cathedral. We definitely recommend this location and we’ll for sure book it in the future.

United KingdomUnfortunately the in house restaurant is closed, however the owner has a second restaurant in the centre of Billerbeck about 10 mins walk from the hotel.
The second time we have stayed here. A modern hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with spacious and very well appointed rooms. Good breakfast served to your table. The centre of Billerbeck is only 10 mins walk away where there is a selection of restaurants.

United KingdomWifi only worked in one corner of the room. Cups/glasses on complimentary tray were not washed and coffee sachets were not refilled by housekeeping staff.
Spacious family room which was in fact a suite. Pet friendly, dog was allowed into restaurant. Great location. In house restaurant was excellent. Welcoming, friendly staff.
