Our room was on the 4th floor in a weird corner where the bathroom door could not be propped open and was very musty inside.

Location was very central. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast there!

Parking spaces somewhat tight, be sure to arrive earlier to have better options for parking!

Really helpfull staff, eaven thoug we arrived relatively late. good food (rely on staff to tell you what is currently a good option!!) nice location for visiting the castles. Good breakfast spread, fruit, sweet options, meat options, coffe.... :)

Getting in to the parking lot was a bit insane. Can’t imagine going down the tiny streets we did during a holiday rush Also no elevator for the 4th floor with kids and bags, so a bit rough

- There is no lift, but we knew this before we went and it’s no problem. We should have just used an overnight bag, but the staff offered to help in any event.

- Rooms were exactly like the photos. - Great location (especially if you are visiting the castles). - Helpful staff. - Breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip so far.

There is no elevator.

A nice spacious room, it had a couch in addition to the bed. Bathroom/shower also good, everything seemed to be in decent condition. The restaurant downstairs was a nice place for dinner. The location is very central, in the Old Town. Parking is in the back - hotel kindly emailed the directions to the parking a day before arrival. The staff was friendly.

There were no ashtrays nowhere outside so if you smoked you could not put out your cigarette anywhere. Some breakfast items looked as if they were leftovers especially doughnuts and bakery stuff.

The hotel was very cosy and the staff polite and helpful. Only one of them was somewhat rude once but this does not count to the overall impression I got. Centrally located, provided access to mant sights on the vicinity. Breakfast was plenty with several choices to cater for all tastes. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Value for money!

Music was too loud in entrance and hallways. Glass shelf just above bathroom wash basin was in dangerous position. No coffee making facilities in room. No lift

Due to the detour, it was difficult to find the way to the hotel by car, although the instructions were clear, the hotel is in the center. The hotel restaurant is only open until 8 p.m. There are restaurants around, but unfortunately they only serve food until 8 p.m. We found a pizzeria where we could have dinner at 9 p.m.

Getting to the carpark was difficult. You have to be brave and go into pedestrian zones!

Didn't like that our kids were on the floor above us and not next to us. There was major construction going on in town & streets were blocked off so we had a really hard time getting to the parking lot in the back.

We liked the location. We enjoyed the breakfasts every morning.

The shower is workable but a little small. Would be great to offer free parking for guests.

The rooms have character, being in a centuries-old building. They were dinky but very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. A great place to stay in this gorgeous town.

Only negative thing to mention was that there is no refrigerator in the room so in case you need to store something keep that in mind

Great place right in the city center of Fussen. Room for that price was amazing (big room with great bad and well equiped bathroom) for that price would be hard to find better place to stay.

Bad smell coming from the shower drain. It was extremely foul and nauseating. Seemed like a drain protection to keep that from happening was missing.

Centrally located with nice restaurant for dinner.
