Bit challenging to figure out all the lights.

The staff was friendly, and I could make an early entry, which was appreciated after a long flight across the pond. They did their best to accommodate my request for a high floor and view. The room location was very quiet, and the balcony was a joy.

They don’t check the room if it needs coffee for the machine or tea. Also if you need to clean it is extra cost.

Very good location. 3 minutes walk from the S9 metro to the hotel. All attractions were less then 1.5 kilometers.

Fronted a busy road. It wasn’t noisy but because Berlin still not on plan to remove petrol cars we had an issue with soot in the room Needed special attention in the front rooms due to the pollution

Small kitchenette in room, with hob but no cooking utensils provided. Provided with cups, plates, spoons, knives and forks only. However, I’m sure if you asked at reception they would be able to advise as they were very friendly.

Property in an excellent location. Exceptionally clean and cleaning service offered every two nights of stay. Beds comfortable and plenty pillows. Stayed in the Deluxe Room and the shower is open with clear screens, as mentioned in previous reviews. Shower was excellent quality. WiFi worked well and smart TV in room. Towels good quality, complimentary tea and coffee (pod machine) and hairdryer provided. Property has umbrellas you can use, they hold a deposit in case of damage or not returned. Lovely added touch of slippers, as the floors are not carpeted.

The soap fragrance could be more gender neutral; e.g., sea breeze, or cranberry/black pepper, citrus/green tea, just as a suggestion). Thank you.

The staff is lovely, the tea is excellent, and free copies of the NYT are available in the lobby.

Stained throw cushions needed a deep clean and splattered stains around the wash area were neglected despite being a simple fix. To make this property a full score, some art, a rug and vase of flowers would have made the room less clinical and more inviting.

The sumptuous bed, the luxurious shower, the privacy, English language movies via netflix. Exquisite tall, fully openable windows with views of the iconic Alex tv tower. Spacious and exceptionally relaxing, it was the perfect comfort to rest after a 10 day road trip. Quality glass wear, slippers, enormous cosy towels and quality toiletries all made for a heavenly stay!

Clean rooms, great location with a lot food spots around. Dog friendly and they have their own little parking garage for small cars. Friendly receptionists!

I did nt like the 1600 check in and the early check in charge of thirty euros . I found this very short sighted, particularly when our room was clearly ready at the time we arrived (around midday). It was an unnecessary extra which immediately reflected negatively on the facility.

The location is great. Apartment clean and tidy. Perfect for a short break.
