The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything in the hallway. The bike garage was not so easy to get to - down a few stairs, maybe there is another way in? The key system is with a code, which worked fine for us, but other guests found it really challenging. The room was clean, but the elevator smelled like cigarette.

The man at the front desk was very helpful and tried to solve every challenge that arose. It's a very central location, yet not loud if you have a room that looks towards the Innenhof. The room was clealry newly renovated and clean.

When you’re not in the room there is a strong smoking smell in the hallways and elevator. Also, a double bed is just 2 beds that are shoved against each other and move apart when you sleep, no ideal.

Generally fine, but we didn't like the pillows used, it was lumpy and we found it difficult to skeep on them. The toilet and room lighting was too dim for us. That said, for the location I would still consider going back.

Great location, the rooms are basic but large. Definitely worth getting a balcony room. Much larger and the view from the balcony is great. Worth the little extra.

If you open the window you have the normal noises (loudly) in the city - you are at the most central point ;-) No air conditioning & no fridge, so I suggest booking this hotel in the cold season Pillow was very uncomfortable for me personally

Very noisy from both inside and outside the Hotel, particularly outside, and especially on the Saturday night.

Very clean and spacious room - cleaned every day. Good selection at breakfast, and the WiFi was excellent.

In the morning there was no warm water to take a shower. Pay for parking and parkingplace was further away.

The doors are so thin, I heard the couple down the hall having sex at 1:40 am. The sink in the bathroom is cracked (room 53) and should be replaced. I entered my code wrong only once and the electronic lock was blocked. if this had happened at night when no one is at the desk, I had no idea how long the lock would be “gesperrt”.

The location and the price. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

A bit noisy, the door doesn't keep out the noise from the corridor. other guests behaved a bit loud during our stay. Street noise is there, but hey the hotel is right on the main street.

Nice polite, helpful staff. Especially the breakfast team! The location is good, easy to acces by car. The room was big and cosy.

The street is rather noisy and you can’t completely block out the street lights with the curtain. The heat wouldn’t turn off so I had to sleep with the window cracked.

It is in a great location and the parking across the street isn’t too expensive. I found it easy to navigate around that part of Mannheim on foot; however, it is very close to bus stops and taxi locations.
