The initial check-in requires the use of a credit or debit card in a reader outside of the door. It took me eight attempts to get the card the correct way around - some instructions about that would be good. Once in, the check-in is easy.

Great location in a beautiful little town. Just outside the gate -within which there is adequate private parking linked to the apartments, is a wonderful square with trees floral arrangements, a large fountain, trees, seating on which you can sit to enjoy a coffee from the kiosk and listen to the bird-song. This is a lively town with many restaurants and bars within easy reach.

Nice location, really nice room- l appreciated that the kitchen set-up was convenient. The bed was very comfortable. There is a lovely bakery right around the corner, Kunkel- perfect for early morning coffee.

Good location. Very clean apartment. Welcome drinks in the fridge and coffee supplies. Good communication with the team. Managed to get a parking place front of the hotel. Easy self check-in.

Sadly some guests from the top floor should respect guests from the bottom. Also kitchen utensils (saucepans) are quite scratched, not really useful. This time the coffee machine was broken but the lady who cleans the apartments was very helpful and got me another one.

Lovely modern shower room but shower base a bit slippery - could have removable shower mat ? Fantastic that car parking is available directly in front of the building - but only for 4 cars. We were able to use it approx 50% of our stay.

Fantastic location in the centre of Bad Nauheim, in a very quiet area just off a square with cafes (open during day, not evening) and opposite a park. Light, spacious and well-equipped apartment with large kitchen/living area and bedroom plus very modern shower room. Fully automated check-in but daytime staff cleaning/restocking the apartments were really lovely if help required.

Few things have been removed from the facilities- like water, tea, decoration, toiletries etc … and also, the studio was smelling food when I arrived- probably from the previous traveler

There is nothing wrong with the property itself, however, once it’s so centrally located, early morning some deliveries makes a huge noise just in front of the hotel… but as I said… the hotel is surrounded by other business and obviously we can hear it louder …

Very convenient location, very handy for keeping my diet cooking my own meal, great shower, ironing board, space, etc… I just love this place.

Everything was perfect. It is spot-on clean and comfortable. The location is great, as all restaurants and shops are in the walking distance. The parking is small, but it is free and in front of the Hotel. The staff is really nice, the room came with complimentary drinks and sweets. 10/10

When I made the reservation, I purposely booked a room with a balcony because my spouse and I are smokers. We did smoke on the balcony and since there were no ashtrays, rather than throw our butts onto the roadway outside, we put them in an empty pizza box. The morning after our stay I received a message from the property that the cleaning lady smelled smoke in the room and that we would be charged for smoking in the room. My thoughts are that the cleaning person smelled the cigarette smell because we put the butts in the box that were left in the room to go out with the trash. We are frequent travelers and never smoke inside hotels regardless whether it is allowed or not. There was no information stating that we could not smoke on the balcony. I am very disappointed to be charged for something that I did not do. Needless to say, this issue has caused me to edit my review. I don't think it is fair to charge someone for doing something that they have not done without giving them a chance to provide a rebuttal toward the supposed evidence. I thought we were doing the right thing by putting the butts in the trash instead of throwing them on the ground. Personally I would not stay at this hotel again.

City center comes with city noise, in the middle of the night. Woke up each night from something: delivery trucks, shop owners, grass cutting, cleaning street cars. Pillows were flat, had to fold it 4 times. I asked for no-feathers but got a feather pillow so slept without the first night.

It was so pretty, nice and clean which is very important to me! Smelled good, no smoke or old dust. Great bed and shower. Nice style, new mixed with old. Good facilities. Easy contact via WhatsApp chat with Luxstay team. Central location. Not so good: Pillows were flat which bothered us all. We also woke up from city noise each night, no airco which obligated us to open the windows which allows city noise inside.
