There were workers tearing apart a room and leaving the furniture in front of our door. Had to squeeze through to get to the stairs/elevator. It was pretty loud.

The bathroom was nice, and the rooms were spacious.

Nobody at reception after 10 pm. Arriving after dark is confusing if you’re looking to find the parking spots.

Close to the tram that goes directly to city center. Breakfast.

Could been a little bit warmer in the room, 2 persone one bed is actually a 2 single beds combined together so in the night, you fall in the crack that is in the middle Overall, very happy with the stay :)

Friendly staff, safe parking place in a private parking lot, clean room, easy to reach city center with tramvai, normal breakfast.

- woman who worked at the reception was rude. details: after i asked why did she need my passport details she said that i can go away if I don’t like something. but for me it was 1st time when i was asked about passport during 2 weeks journey through Germany. then she gave me a paper to sign without any explanation and became angry again when i asked her what is it - air heating didn’t work at all. and they gave my oil heater. but there wasn’t any place to put it with comfortable - the room was small. there was a big corridor. but bed place was so small that because of the chair in the corner I had to step over the bed every time

- it was really comfortable to drive into the city - trains shook the bed and it was interesting/cute/funny but never annoying

It was easy to hear sounds from other rooms. The neighbourhood is not inspiring, but it has good public transport connections to the city centre.

Close to public transport options to get into Frankfurt centre quickly. Very clean and modern rooms.

awful mattress, unsanitary carpet, old furniture and the most annoying thing was that the accommodation is right near the train station so you hear the train in the middle of the night and you can also feel it as the bed is moving along. literally it feels like a real earthquake. we were frightened until we simply had to get use to it.

There was a strong smell in the room (puke plus urine?) no matter how much I aired it, never disappeared. I think it was the carpeting. The carpeting has a lot of stains and your feet get sticky when stepped on needs to be renewed. The sheets had hair and cigarette burns on them. Wifi was really hard to connect from the rooms but ok in the lobby area.

The staff was really kind. No matter if your stay was comfortable or not, I think the staff is not to blame, they did an excellent job.

The Bahnhof is right next door, so except train sounds. But didn’t bother us much since we fully shut the window only because there actually was aircon! Yay!

Very accessible with car or public transport. Superb location in that sense! Very clean and nice simple breakfast too:)

The room was not cleaned properly, the bedding was dirty.

Breakfast was good. If you keep the windows closed, you can only hear a little noise from outside which is quite good as the hotel is next to the train station.

We were looking for a convenient stopover hotel to explore an afternoon in Frankfurt from, and this hotel really ticked all boxes! Comfortable small room, friendly staff and a REALLY nice breakfast, great for the price. Initially we were worried having a room facing the train tracks on the 1st floor (especially since the trains were super loud with open window), but it's really excellently well insulated - as soon as the window was closed it was not really an issue. Locationwise in a suburb, but an easy 15 mins from the Autobahn and 20 or so mins by tram to Frankfurt center (tram station just a short walk away)

Room was smaller than shown in the photos on Booking.com and Air Conditioning literally NOT cooling down at all. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Located next to a railway in a residential area, meaning all the noise and vibration from the rail traffic throughout the night.

Reasonable room rate, but nothing more. A single night accommodation may be recommended but not for tourists or business travelers headed to the downtown Frankfurt.

It is very close to the railway (which is a plus) but when the freight trains rumble past the place vibrate a bit. (This happened only twice while I was there and was not a big deal for me.)

I chose this hotel for its location somewhat outside the centre of Frankfurt but with very good transport connections via Train and Tram. The room was equipped with everything I needed, all very modern fittings, including aircon and sound-limiting window. All rooms are named after international cities (not all easily reached by rail). Perhaps by design I ended up in Dublin.

the train track is right behind the hotel. our room backed onto it. it didn’t disturb us much but it may keep families/children awake.

hotel was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious. staff were friendly. parking was fine for our motorbike but perhaps not a lot of space for lots of cars.
