The hotel is a nice place but the breakfast is excellent !!! The room was very clean, only the carpet could be replaced so it was a little bit old and stained

The pillows were quite large, as usual in many hotels. Also the duvets were too thick. The night light didn't work.

Super convenient location within walking distance to the center and Deutsche Museum. Close to Isar. Really friendly staff with cute guard dogs. The room was compact but functional with a nice bathroom.

Staff were incredibly kind and the breakfast was wonderful. Short walk to Marienplatz and other transit options made it a great location for travelling around the city without being in the centre.

The shower was difficult to keep water from leaking on to the floor. But that was our only issue. Not a big deal. They gave us dry towels every day

WiFi was non-existent in the evening when I came back to my room to do work before bed. I had been given two device codes that both worked upon check-in but there was no WiFi signal available at night.

It’s part of going to Bavaria in summer but it was very, very hot. The room could do with a fan!

The room and facilities met my expectations. But my expectations were not too high. For example, I guessed that the toilet would be small. (It was small.)

The hotel is in the location where I want to be for work. It is also within walking distance of the city center. The bus line was also very handy. The reception was very helpful both by email before arrival and after arrival. The breakfast was OK. Everything went smoothly. Thank you.

The Wi-Fi was very sporadic which isn’t the best if you plan on relying on it for work or anything. The breakfast was okay

This was a really charming hotel, it’s an older building but the staff makes sure it’s comfortable and clean. Felt like I was staying at the Dragonfly Inn from Gilmore Girls! It’s not in the center but only a 20 min walk from old town. There’s also a cute patio in the back

The rooms and bathroom are passable - though really old, indicated by not the nicest smell throughout. Staff communication was good re arranging access to the rooms, but generally there's no reception early in the morning or after 5pm.

Location is good, 15-20 min walk to the old town. The rooms are pretty cheap, considering the location.

The location is great. Quirky area right by the river with some excellent coffee shops, beer house, bars, restaurants and an art house cinema nearby. The walk to Marianplatz was 20 minutes. The tram 15 minutes to the Central train station. The Deutsch Museum is right on your doorstep. The price is the lower end for Munich so it’s great for someone on a budget. If you don’t have big expectations you’ll be happy with your room in a well located part of town.

NO breakfast, no lift, no aircon!

Friendly host, allowed us to enter rooms early (on a very wet day). Room OK, but a bit small. Hotel in general has seen better days. Location is a bit far from the S-bahn [Isartor] to the airport - about 20/25 mins. Some nice fruit for general consumption.

Boiling hote weather during my stay in Munich. Could really have done with at least a fan or better still portable airconditioner in the stiflingly hot bedroom. Also the fact the reception of the hotel is only open from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm does present some problems

The room did not look like in the picture and was not suitable for a baby (or a toddler), despite the advertisement that suggested so. However, when we raised the issue, the staff was very nice and helpful and we were relocated into a different room. It was much bigger and so we had a pleasant stay with our baby.
