The person in the reception desk was kind of unfriendly. Had reserved early check inn due early arrival flight wanted to get some rest and use refreshing possibilities of the room. However, in the desk man claimed that isn't possible due some IT failure and advised to come back after 3 PM. That wasn't I expected actually and had to redo my plans.

Breakfast and moving around like for example getting from hotel to the Düsseldorf exhibition are was easy as location is close the airterminal where from shuttle buses, trains operate.

A few more vegetarian and vegan breakfast options would be nice. A lot of meat/cheese/dairy products.

I arrived at 4.30am but I could still check in. The room was very cozy and clean. I lost my key card (somewhere between my room and the breakfast room...) but that was no problem at all.

The location to our Emirates International counter could not be any closer, they even had a flight information board in the lobby and on your room TV - brilliant If you wished to eat outside the hotel, again the airport accommodated this with a variety of options to suit all. Breakfast covered all our needs & we loved the waffle options for our spreads which reduces waste and washing up. Checkin/checkout was simple, rooms was comfortable, clean and the shower pressure/heat perfect.

For that price expect to have a mini bar and not to collect amenities at the reception. Also go washer cooler or coffee and tea in room. Really poor for that price category

It’s a huge building with several restaurants/ bars. The bar didn’t open until 6 though and the main restaurant was closes (we traveled just after Christmas)

Room had everything we needed (family of 4) and was very comfortable. You can walk over to the terminal, which was just perfect when you have a flight in the morning.

Bath/shower combo a bit old fashioned, but worked fine.

Nice comfortable room, very quiet despite being right next door to the airport terminal, literally just a 5 minute walk, if that. Well thought out room with lamps and light switches just where you want them. Loved the "Master" switch that turned off all the lights, and no need to stick your card in a reader to get the lights on! The fitness room was good, if pretty basic, and I had it to myself. The hotel has a nice selection of restaurants to choose from, though the Rhiniesche Topf German restaurant was closed the night I was there. Nice reception staff, checked me in early at 2:00 pm.

It is not the cheapest, but value for money. Parking would be great if this is included for guests

Conference at the hotel makes it very convenient. Close to the airport. Rooms are good, beds good and a proper shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner being served has a great choice.
