In addition to the dream suite I received, called "Bali", which was gorgeous, comfortable and welcoming. The host of the hotel was really impressively kind. Due to a car breakdown and some misunderstandings with the insurance companies, I had to stay overnight at this hotel and as soon as I booked the room, check in was possible in less than 5 minutes via the phone. Also, being in this "adventure" with a baby of only 2 months, the wonderful staff let us stay 4 hours longer than the check-out time. Absolutely fantastic, we travel a lot, but this time we were more surprised than ever by the people and services we found here. We recommend wholeheartedly.

The Suitehotel is quite well equipped, everything looks new and maintained with good care. It has free parking in front of the building.

The room looks luxurious and warm but it is located on a cold industrial area which is strange contrast. Breakfast area, lounge, was kind of cramped. Breakfast variety wasn't that great, orange juice was not fresh.

Very friendly staff. Huge luxurious feeling room and interior. Clean, quiet. Good bed, good shower, good wifi, good climate. Huge tv. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was not too bad. Not too far from the city centre. Huge supermarket closeby.

If I can mention something, we couldn’t find the temperature control in the rooms. It was a little bit too warm in our opinion. But we left the rooms open to cool down the temperature.

Nothing really. For what we wanted it was ideal.

We chose this hotel for its location to an out of town event we were attending. As we were staying for a few days it was nice to have an area in which to relax rather than a room with a bed. Very comfy bed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Very tastefully decorated. We had a problem with our room door and went to reception to inform the owner who spotted us on his security camera and rang me to ask what we wanted and after explaining the problem he was round within a few minutes and sorted the issue. We would stay here again when visiting Munster again. Re location there are several buses within a 500 mt walk taking you straight into the city centre.

Quite far away from the historical part of the city. To get there taking a taxi is needed. It costs about 15-20 Eur.

Everything was flawless. The owner behaved extraordinary, like a good friend who know you forever, guiding us in any problem and answering any question we had about the town, the restaurants, at any time and hour. He made my stay at this hotel exactly like home. The wheather was fine so we had breakfast on the terrace on the roof. The rooms look better than in the pictures ❤️ .They have bicycles and always were ready for us in the morning ❤️

The bathroom was a bit small for an apartment with 3 rooms🙈 The Hotel is a bit far away from the city center.

The beds were very confortable and the hotel decorations - amazing style. Situated in a quiet area. A big Supermarket close. A big shop 4 plants, decorations for the garden. Very friendly staff. Free parking spots available.. Didn't had time to watch TV. The city is more interesting.

The hotel is located in an industrial park area, so the surroundings aren’t very nice. It’s about a 10-15 minute car ride to the centre of town.

Lovely little hotel with interesting, capital city inspired decor. Large comfortable suite with very comfortable beds. Free parking was available. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are really large and very well decorated. All services are included and there is a nice roof top which was interesting with the sunny day we had. Some restaurants are close even if the area is more industrial than residential. The hotel is really calm and we had a very good night.
