The heating could be a little bit better. Bed could be also a little bit more comfortable, but other than that i have no complaints.

The architecture of the building and the rooms are in old style and are very nice. Single bed room is pretty big, and has a big bathroom. Everything was perfectly clear.

Bed a little to firm, no 'in room' facilities, i.e. water kettle, etc., my room faced the main street which was a bus route, no parking on hotel facilities.

Although small did the room fully meet our needs. More than that had the owners achieved a really cosy atmosphere with just a few aesthetic details like lamps and curtains. I will be glad to come back.

Parking place is a bit tight, but we're happy we got a parking space on the premise. Bed & pillow are a too soft.

Advance information about need to check in on time on a Sunday as Reception is not manned after 7pm and you need a card key to access the building. I did receive a text which meant I was able to check in before 7pm

I would have liked a kettle in my room. But I assume that it is against the German law. One could make tea and coffee downstairs and take the drink to your room.

I had such a cosy neat and lovely room, overlooking a nice corner of Münster. The room was spacious with good furniture and a sink. Light was good, well placed little lights. Bathroom was brilliant and there were several, so no problem that i shared it with other guests. Friendly staff.

I arrived on a very late train after normal check-in hours. The staff had instructed me to download an app in order to check-in but provided no further explanation, so I spent some weary minutes in confusion when the touch-screen outside couldn't locate my reservation. I finally figured out that I should hold my phone to the key reader & ignore the touch-screen altogether. I wish the communication were more clear and an after-hours contact was provided. My room was also too central and not blocking the noise from the busy hallway, but the staff were great about relocating me. Some groups still loitered in the halls making small talk, so perhaps they should try to discourage that. Access to a fridge, kettle, and private bath would be optimal, but there was a nice dining area with kettle & tea on the ground floor, and the restrooms were well-kept. I can't imagine why a hotel that makes its own soap provides complimentary gummies rather than chocolate but alas, so it does.

The desk staff that I interacted with were all very nice. Patrick, especially, was extremely helpful in finding me a quiet room where I could work, as well as recommending some great places to eat. The pillows were better filled than most German pillows, but still plenty pliable, and the down duvet was heavy and warm. The in-room sink was a really nice feature and the space in the rooms was extremely well utilized, with wardrobe, desk, luggage rack and a colorful, homey decor. The showers had good hot temperatures and excellent water pressure with a very nice creamy soap provided and were cleaned daily. The wifi was fast enough for me to work remotely.

Pillow was thin, the hall way floor can be a bit noisy if your a light sleeper but I didn’t find it a problem

Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room cause no possibility to chill or cool your food supplies.

Everything was perfect, although there was a 'gig' across the road at one of the pubs on Sat. evening, and it was very loud afterwards with those gathering outside on the street. I guess this is the risk of staying in the old city, and the staff at the hotel couldn't really do anything about this.

We arrived after a long trip from the UK having caught the ferry from Hull to Rotterdam and then driving to Muenster. We were greeted by a very friendly staff, who made us feel very welcome immediately.
