We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FrancePerfect family room - in fact, we were upgraded to an apartment. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is lovely with good breakfast selection and roof view during dinner. Restaurant staff was very kind and welcoming.

United KingdomMy room smelled of cigarettes, tried to change but the hotel was fully booked, they used a machine which helped a little bit but I needed to leave the window open all the time.
The room was really comfortable. Near the station, restaurants, supermarket.

SwitzerlandThe cleaners missed checking the bathroom as the glasses which were covered in plastic , when I took off, fell lots of male beard hair ( clearly from a shave) which I had to wash down the sink. The little wall bin was broken too.
Great room- could have slept 3 people quite easily.

I deal location- centre of Dreilanderbrucke!. Weil am Rhein is lovely and of course, Basel literally down the road and Hunninge, France also in close proximity. Super for shopping at the Rheincentre and the outlet mall.

United KingdomWhile it is advertised that the hotel has no air conditioning, the temperatures inside the rooms are absolutely horrendous, even with the fans provided. I stay here again, but not in the summer. They could also use another lift in the building as the entire hotel is situated on the upper floors of a complex and there is only one lift serving all the guests.
Well-located hotel just inside the German part of Basel and situated right above a shopping centre with a food court, with prices typical of Germany rather than the extortionate expenditures one would have to fork out in Switzerland. The centre of Basel is only a short trip away by tram.

The staff are flexible. I did not realize there was no AC and with the hot weather it was a struggle for the first 2 nights. The staff accomodated us into the AC room the 3rd day/night (they did not have the AC rooms available the first 2 nights). The AC rooms are much more spacious. The hotel is very clean.
