The room soundproofing is very bad: we had a door connecting our and a room next to us, and we heard everything happening in that room (even when they were stirring tea in the cup with a spoon). So if you are sensitive to sound - ask for a room without this connecting door.

The hotel is very close to the Old Town, with two metro stations nearby. The room had everything we need, the kitchenette was very well-equipped. We had complementary beers and water in the fridge waiting for us. The room itself is arranged very well, with a small table to have a snack or work. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of meets and cheeses, pastries and fruits, with possibility to make freshly squeezed juice.

We had a room on the first floor next to the rush road. It was quite noisy, so I recommend to reserve the room from the garden side.

There is very little about my stay at the Living Hotel that I didn't like. I've would like to have gotten a cheaper rate. But that won't prevent me from booking in the future.

There is a bit of walking distance around 20 min to the Old Town, if you like walking it is fine, but we walked very much during the first day so we were quite tired when we came back to the hotel for the check-in.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, within walking distance (about 7-10 minutes) from the old town. The neighbourhood is pleasant, with shops around, including a LIDL supermarket 100 m from the hotel. The hotel has an elevator, which was very useful. The room was big enough and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a very good choice for staying in Nürnberg.

The location is good, 5-10 min to the underground station. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is a bit small and when the hotel is fully booked it could be difficult to find free places. The food is very good and varied.

The control of the amount of heat in the room did not work well. Even with requesting a reduction of heat from the desk, the room remained far too hot.

The room location at the end of the hall was phenomenal, as were the facilities in the room. Everything was very clean and well maintained in terms of the room.

It’s one of the best arranged hotel rooms I’ve seen in a while. You can see someone put a lot of thought in designing the space. You have a tiny kitchenette and some cutlery and pots so you can get by without the breakfast at the hotel. On Sundays and holidays you can park for free on the street. Great plus for being pet friendly!

The heating could not be turned off. Very nice new room furniture but then the room hallway wardrobes were not renovated since 1980s. The garage layout with metal ramps make it a bit difficult to park.

One disturbing thing was that I didn't have the king size mattress but two mattresses next to each other. Another disturbing thing was that the sink in the bathroom had a malfunction and I would have preferred to fix it rather than offer us another room.

The Living Hotel is well located, 23 minutes from the old city center and a maximum of 8 minutes from the metro station. The area is quiet and beautiful. The staff was very kind, they offered me a very nice room because I told them it will be my birthday in two days and I also received a gift from the hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn't take the cosmetic products I received because their weight is not accepted in hand luggage on the plane. Breakfast, although not very varied, was always fresh and tasty. The room, on two levels, was very clean and spacious, had access to a small private terrace overlooking the garden and a well-equipped kitchen. However, I would have liked to have a wine and beer opener in the kitchen. Cleaning was done daily and towels were changed also daily. I found the mattress and pillows very comfortable. .

The rooms are modern, is located close to central area Plärrer (easy access to Tram and UBahn and also city center) Easy check in and check out. Room has a small chicinette with everything you need to cook or hear a meal. I find this pretty useful. Also drinks in the fridge are free and also they restock it every day
