Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNothing at all, it was great for us as we were visiting to attend the arena. If you’re looking to visit the aldt stadt etc I would choose somewhere more central though.

Romania- not everything was very new in terms of furniture and facilities, but the room was clean and well organized, so ultimately it's a plus.
- nice hosts - very good breakfast - clean and tidy - ability to easily change the heat level on the radiator, although it was warm enough with almost half the level. - close to the metro station, 11 minutes distance to city centre

United KingdomTiny thing but would prefer proper cups/ mugs in the rooms rather than paper ones.
Really great place to stay if you are going to the Messe, which is an easy ten minute walk away. Rooms are very homely with comfy beds, a fantastic shower and tea making facilities. What really makes this place stand out is the people who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get in until the early hours, but access was no problem and they made the effort to call our room once we'd checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend :)

5 minutes walking from the Exhibition Center (Mess Dusseldorf), at the corner with underground station (which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes only). Very clean, staff english speaking. There are some good resturants nearby.

Absolutely perfect location for fair visit! Just cca 5 minutes from entrance. Plenty of restaurants around for dinner. Very kind manager. Helpful. Nothing was problem. Tasty breakfast.

Cute little hotel close to the airport. Very nice contact with the reception, I got a lunchbox because I had to leave too early for breakfast (which starts at 7). The late check-in worked very well
