As others have wrote, the drive-in to the parking lot is not easy to find. There is no road sign and no drive map on the site or in emails. Google maps is no help either as they don't have the hotel mapped yet. The hotel site and emails could at least mention the Würth store as you have to drive in thru their territory. I had a problem getting back to my room after I left it. The lock was blinking green meaning I entered a correct code but the door didn't open though it was working perfectly before. Neither the link in email nor their app could open it as well. It was out of the business hours, so the regular service phone didn't answer and the emergency phone was quite hard to find at the end of the check-in email. No idea why it couldn't be the same number. The emergency phone answered immediately and helped me to unlock the door but it's scary to think it works until 22:00 only. You better not leave your room after that time as if the lock fails, there will be nobody to help. No idea why they don't have a web page where you could authorize to get an emergency key or give a key to a Würth employee as the shop is open 24/7. Other guests also had the same problem but with a check-in PIN. Again the lock was blinking green but didn't really open, so it's not just me. The emergency service phone employee doesn't speek English good (or at least avoids communicating in English), which is quite disappointing for foreign guests. The room equipment is quite minimalistic and isn't really enough if you stay more than one night.

New and modern hotel with a private entrance to each room. The parking is very comfortable and you can park just in front of your room if you live on the first floor. The location is great despite being an industrial area actually. It is just near the A2 autobahn, also McDonald's and Norma supermarket are within a walking distance. There's a tram stop nearby, so you can reach Magdeburg by tram from there. The room has everything needed for a short stay.

1) It was very hard to find the entrance of the hotel a sighn on the main road will be great. 2) The email received with Room Number and Pin was in German not in English 3) Bathroom door is sliding door and not only can hear everything but also can see the person inside. 4) The walls and ceiling acoustic insulation was not the best as I could hear other guests from next room and above. Dispite all off this, the room design was 10 out off 10 and for what I paid I have no complaints. Thanks alot I will definitely stay again or refer to others.

Google maps navigation to the hotel is terrible. It pointed us to another road aside leading to some lumber factory nearby. We spent 10 minutes crawling around in the dark until found a correct direction.

Looks like the hotel was opened recently so rooms and furniture were clean enough and in good condition. In a walking distance there is a McDonalds so you can find something to eat there.

Cigarette smell all over the room

Nice bed, comfort shower and big fridge, if i had time i could even cook somethng as there is hot plate facility' i had literally 5 meeters to my room did not have to walk thru any reception,just use a code provided to access the room.Better than tiny and zero facilities hotel rooms I Have stayed before. And only 5 min drive from A2 motorway!!!but quiet with parking just outside the room.

My code to the room didn’t work - so I had to call the helpline as there is no personnel on site. I was lucky I arrived at 21.30 as the helpline works only until 22. I got the security key to the room what ment I could not close the room afterwards (as it wouldn’t be possible to open the room again).

The room was a bit too warm when arriving, but we were able to regulate the temperature. The mattress is really hard so it might not be great for everyone.

I was disturbed by no-staff solution, but in the end I didn’t have difficulties to check-in. However, I found that some explanation sent by mail and SMS could be more detailed.

Room was very clean, surprisingly confortable bed. Nice touch with the kitchen corner and plates to prepare a meal. The hotel is close to the highway so perfectly placed for someone who wants to stop on the way. I also appreciated the possibility of late arrival.

Clean, bright, spacious and a lovely bathroom. Everything in the room that would be needed. Very convenient location and the price was very good. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. We arrived quite late but received full instructions via email as to how to enter our room. Did not meet(or need to meet) any members of staff.

More clear instruction with regards to codes for entering the room. Internet needs to be better. If you think to relax and watch a movie after a long drive - it's impossible, internet is very bad.

Rooms are super nice: clean, cozy, modern and spacious. Very good location for travellers: next to motorway, patrol station and cafes.

No towels in the room, and as no staff on site you can't do nothing about it, also the room was not clean, in particular visible on darker furniture. No airco, onky window opening as an option which leads to noise from the road

Freshly built small hotel, small rooms but everything is in good condition. Very firm mattresses, but that was good for me personally. Some might find it too firm.

Didn’t receive codes by email to enter the room, had to make a call and speak with someone about it at the arrival. Their English was not good. After 30 min I received codes by email and thanks to instructions on the building wall I was able to enter the room.

Ground floor with parking in front of it, close to motorway, able to buy food and petrol nearby.
