I didn't liked anything about this hotel. They had cancelled my booking without letting me know and without letting the booking.com about it. Since I reached around 23 o'clock the code they had sent it with the confirmation email wasn't working and I called their staff. His reaction was very bad and even didn't provided me any information. And told me that I can get another hotel in the other side of the city which was 2 hours far from the location. Very poor unfortunately! Very unprofessional.

Very easy to find and use. Self check in , I did not see any staff for 2 days. Perfect and quiet comfortable bedroom.

Our room (number 5) was smelling after cigarettes, awful to us,who are not smoking. The tiles in the bathroom were loose. The room of our sons (number 8) was not clean, there was a used glass under the bed. There was no instruction how to use the TV,it was impossible in both rooms to switch it on. Our sons managed to click on a little button under the digital lock of the door which de-activated the code. They couldn't use the previous code before the employee deactivated this function. There was no warning what could couse to click on that button. On Booking it was told there will be breakfast possibility but there was no employee to see during our stay and the breakfast room was closed.

The hotel is situated by a very busy road with heavy traffic day and night indulonu busses etc. The guests in front rooms can not possible sleep. They should either be warned or get a discount.

This is by far the worst hotel experience we ever had! The two rooms was an absolute nightmare. The carpet had big visual dirt stains, and in general the rooms was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival. Smell like a party fired with joints, and complimented with a broad selection of leftover medicin and drugs!!! The sheets was used before, just covering a bed made of plywood🙄 thanks but no thanks

Arrived 8pm and room was still dirty from previous person. Checkin time should have been 11am.. Entry was via a code pad.. I never received the code. ( booking.com issue?) Hotel smelt of the Indian restaurant beneath it. Other guests were up late and up early . Staircases are old wooden/ noisy = No sleep possible. Hotel looks like a converted building with tiny rooms that badly need renovation. Price is same as a business hotel in city center Hamburg. Photos are very well done. Amenities advertised stretch the imagination Would not recommend. Ever!

On May 26 around 6 pm I got a phone call from +49 40 3199330. The caller (a man) told me that he needs to cancel my reservation for May 27 because there is a flooding in the room/hotel. I already received an email with an access code to the hotel and my room. While my reservation was 100% non-refundable from start, the caller did not provide me with any alternative hotel room. He told me I am on my own. Anyway, I showed up in the hotel the next day. My access code did not work. The local staff was friendly and helped us out although the man we called said it is not possible. My wife and I got access to and spent the night in the reserved hotel room after attending the evening dance performance of my niece in Kampsnagel in Hamburg, third day on the trip, 500 km away from home in Eindhoven. We did not see any flooding in the hotel. There were other guests in the hotel. I am dismayed by the way I got treated by the caller. I think that a hotel-room-booking agreement should include reasonable guarantees for guests: in case no room is available in the hotel due to a force-majeure situation, the hotel should offer an alternative room in a similar (or better) hotel in its neighborhood. I am sure that in this case I would have understood the situation and accept the offer. This was actually my suggestion to the caller. And such offer should be made in writing via the booking agency (booking.com) to leave no doubts about its genuine character.

We was waiting about hour to know room number and get key on the yard under the rain. I called to administration three times, but anybody took phone. When (after a few my letters to mail) I received room number and key and we got to the room - there was some worker and make some refurbish in the bathroom, and everywhere in the room and bathroom was very dirty and his instruments were laying on white blankets on the bed. We asked to change a room, but they answered that they cannot change the room. We was waiting half of hour more for ending of that works in bathroom, after thet the same worker cleaned the bathroom by vacuum cleaner and took out his instruments, but even after that there was dirty and he didn't change linens which were old like as everything in the room and bathroom. And during the booking the price growed up from 52€ to 73€ - we payed, but for what???!!!
