We had our dog with us, and the staff went out of their way to make sure she's comfortable. It's a really good place to stay, with or without your dog :).

Even breakfast was good and high level, there were no still water (only with fresh lemon, which kids do not like) and fresh vegetables. I would suggest adding these as very crucial aspects of breakfast;)

I was charged 58euro to check in early. Room was ready and just felt that was a money grab … been travelling for work globally for over 25+ years and never had this. This is really nice hotel but unfortunately these are the little things that stay with you.

Given the hotel price range and the fact that most of the city parking locations are free, I would see it only fair to have free of charge parking for guests in the attached parkhaus..

Second time visit, for Advent and city's Christmas Market. Great ambience at the hotel, swift and friendly staff, great buffet at dinner with ample choice and perfect service. Rooms are spacious enough and I've only missed an Espresso machine to be there. Breakfast is outstanding, with superb selection and live cocking stations.

The entrance grids that housed the door mat were part stainless steel and even though they had clearly been gritted it was very slippery on the steel. Not a great design in the snow and ice.

This hotel is a little gem and a delight from the moment you walk through the door. ALL the staff were so kind, helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming and so very efficient, especially as we spoke no German. All drinks and meals were of great quality and the cocktail maker on Saturday evening was a joy to watch. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were like little fairy’s who came when you weren’t looking and made sure our room was clean and comfortable for our 3 day stay. We also had two Christmas trees sparkling on our balcony. It’s a perfect place to stay in the snow in December and we hope to return one day.

Hotel is just great, fresh new and clean, and with nice interior. Personnel is friendly. Fast checkin and checkout. Gourmet restaurant completes the picture. Location is in walk distance to the touristic places and the town center.

Our sole criticism would be that staff did not always ensure that menu items in the breakfast buffet were promptly, or at all, replaced when exhausted.

Room service does not really work and we ended up going downstairs three times (phone did not work at the room) and not even getting all we ordered at once.

Great breakfast with wide options of cold and warm meals, very nice and comfortable rooms, very stylish design of lobby area. Hotel is pet friendly which is a plus. The hotel is located on the outskirts but has very easy and convenient parking, so it´s not a problem.

I liked everything in the hotel!. Comfortable bad and room, so i was sleeping well. Big room. Great amazing breakfast! Cheap and good parking, only 8 eur. Personal is very friendly and helpful, thank you guys! Spa is good and little fitness as well, enough to stay fit. One of the best hotel i have ever stayed.

Pillows menu would be a great detail to offer guests. Room AC was deficient or not running properly.

Hotel design and decoration are to be mentioned. Truly a Design Hotel! Nice and practical rooms, modern and spacious bathroom with large rain shower in Superior Room. Location is just perfect. Walking distance to Dinkelsbühl old town. Easy access by car, just 100 meters from main route, convenient and nearby parking house. Breakfast is superb! Great variety and quality of products offered. Excellent presentation, roomy and a very clean buffet area.

for this standard of hotel would not expect a decoration shop immediately in the lobby when you enter the hotel and it looked very messy and too full. The view on the front side is blocked by a garage

For 4*S rating I would love to have Espresso and tea facilities in room, along with a stocked mini bar. Beds were Okay, yet the 3rd extra bed in the room (foldable into the wall) was too narrow even for our 8yr old. Pillows are with synthetic filling which we didn't enjoyed - would prefer a regular feather pillows.

Hotel feels new and nice, great service, modern and clean, also very well connected to the old city via a short and scenic walk. The rooms are good, albeit looked more spacious on photos. Dinner was buffet - good, tasty, effective, with nice service for wine and drinks. Breakfast was wonderful - excellent selection, top quality, everything is fresh and made to order. Parking is super easy (although paid - comparing with most of city parking being free).
