We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom toiletries are very basic and sparse.....I stayed for 4 nights and there was 1 very small piece of soap. That was it! More toiletries would be nice. Also the bar on the ground floor is closed. If you want a drink in the hotel you have to go to the main restaurant at the top of the hotel. This is not a problem but it feels cold and odd........it could be really nice as it has great views and location but is lacking in atmosphere and not really a bar.
The room was large and very clean. It had a large bathroom and this was also very clean. The location is very good and in the centre of Suhl.

NetherlandsWe didn't like the attitude of a young girl receptionist at that day. She didn't speak or didn't want to speak English with me. And when we came we had to wait her finish smoking for 5 min. At that time she was just watching us standing at the reception desk. Maybe its normal, but I met such situation the first time while travelling. It was too disrespectful.
We like the clean room and cleanness of the whole hotel. The dinner in the restaurant was so tasty! Also the breakfast totally met our expectations. The view from the 16th floor is amazing!

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Suhl. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and in good conditions. The breakfast on the 16th floor offers a decent food selection and an amazing view. Nice detail is that on each floor there is a fridge with free soft drink. Just beside the hotel is an indoor water park for which you can get discounted tickets at the hotel reception.

PortugalAsked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one. Breakfast is a disaster. Low quality food and service. We were still eating way before closing time and waitresses started packing up and cleaning our table. Very rude. Sometimes they would sit while guests were still in the restaurant and start eating as well. Terrible. There is no safe in the room, no kettle, and no minibar. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. 3 star at best
Location is excellent and rooms are big. Free soda and water in every floor is a nice touch.

FranceAt arrival, you have to pay extra for parking, because the hotel parking is full. and you have to go for breakfast before 8AM, because it is fully booked afterward. A/C is not efficient in the room and noise insulation is poor, you can here neighboors. Electrical installation is also poor, with wiring boxes for lights, open.

United StatesFront desk lady lied about the rooms being next to each other. They were on the opposite ends of the same floor, but not next to each other. We had to split our family for the night. It was too late to look for another hotel. AC didn't work, towels had holes, and room smelled like cigarettes.
