Breakfast a bit too pricey (21€). In the room I did not manage to find the switch for the main table lamp. Mini bar fridge was switched off, I wished it was On, so that I can put my yoghurt overnight there (had to keep near the open window).

Very kind staff at the reception, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Clean corridors and pleasant environment.

Everything except the ridiculous price €21, really!!! for the breakfast and then instead €5.90 for a single cup of coffee?.....really not in line with the hotels ambiance.

Where to begin. 1. Starting from the point that we could not check in at the promised hour (we declared that we wanted to check in at 13:00 and hotel actually responded that it is fine). Unfortunately in the reception they said that we can only check in at 15:00 at the earliest, so we went for a coffee and came back at 15:00. Too bad the room was still not ready and we had to wait another 45 minutes. 2. The temperature in the room was really high (no AC) 3. During our due out day, the cleaning people came to our room 5 times before 12:00 (whereas we had it booked till 12:00) , we could not sleep because unfortunately THEY HAD TO clean even though we still were in the room. They came back every 20 minutes and we could not rest. 4. The parking entry/exit is extremely narrow. Do not enter with long/broad cars, Iwe had basically 5 cm margin of an error with BMW series 5

I liked that wifi was pretty fast, breakfast was also great. The location of hotel is fine, it is walking distance from the most popular tourist locations

The customer service at this hotel is very high. All the staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection is very good. The hotel location is great, close to the city centre, surrounded by bars and restaurants and close to the U-Bahn. Would happily recommend thius hotel.

Room on check-in, it could be more flexible for those guest that travel from far distance away such as Asia, after travel more than 15 hours and yet have to wait and only can check-in at 15.00 hours(check-in time), I believe there are some room available much earlier, because some guest check-out earlier than 12.00 noon, if guest request in-advance during booking and hotel should try their best to accommodate, I experienced last week during check-in on 22.11.2022, arrived at 9.35 am at front desk and only be able to check-in around 1500 hours, during the winter times after travel more than 15 hours from home city in Malaysia to Bangkok, Thailand(Flight time 2 hours) Bangkok to Munich(Flight time 12 hours) transit at Munich airport 3 hours and Munich to Cologne(Flight time 1.5 hours) and have to wait for another 5 hours at lobby before check-in ??

Location: It was not so close to the Hbf or the city center. Lots of bars in the vicinity so some noise can be heard if you open the window at night. And a lot of broken glass on the streets and sidewalks and they dont seem to be clean up until the latter part of the day. Rooms: The room we were assigned to (because we are a family of 3) didn't have air-conditioning. During the time we stayed in Cologne it was very hot.

Area was very noisy and busy at night though that is not the hotels fault and we would have realised that if we had actually looked up the area in advance rather than just checking it was easy walking distance to the Tanzbrunnen
