Shower screen leaks if you shower normally so you need to be careful or place a towel under the gap. Air conditioner was very noisy (too noisy to leave on at night) and not very effective.

Good size room, average decor. Breakfasts are of a very high standard. Nice bathroom. Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard. Reception staff were helpful but could be more friendly and smile more.

The breakfast was expensive. The reception was a bit smelly of drains when we arrived. Beds a bit hard and quilts were thick, air con didn't really work and to noisy to leave the window open.

Sigh....well, the wifi was sadly just terrible - it's 2024 and i find it strange hotel chains like these are still offering free, but WEAK wifi and then charging a really high daily rate for higher speeds. this made it impossible to stream anything on the tv unless you paid. I've stayed at several other chains and large/small hotels that have figured that high speed internet and streaming is quickly becoming a basic (free) offering.

€23 for breakfast is too expensive, broadband was poor and €7 per day to use their faster internet is the only way to get Netflix working.

The bathroom could use some updates, it was kind of old and moldy and the bathtub clogged - not a huge problem, but might disturb the clients with higher expectations.

Very cozy rooms, very quiet place, staff is very nice. The breakfast options were great and very diverse. The location is also ok - there is a metro station and supermarkets 2 mins away. Overall, it was a good experience.

Loved the hotel and my room. Great location for me, near Boddinstaße U bahn and in a very bustling part of the city. My room was great with all the facilities you would ever need.

The heat in the room … oh my god, were they trying to suffocate us? The air conditioning is switched off in the winter months! The thermostat showed the temperature SHOULD be 19.5 degrees, which is fine. The ACTUAL TEMPERATURE upon arrival was 27.4 degrees (unhealthy to say the least!!). We couldn’t leave the window open because it was too loud. Thankfully the staff were really understanding and very accommodating. We changed to a quieter room and could leave a window open (but it was still too warm). However we slept better …

Rooms were clean. For our purpose this trip the location was great.

Quality hotel with a good standard of cleanliness. Warm rooms and peacefull on the 5th floor at the opposite side to the main road. Fridge in the room a big plus as well.

They have to do something with heating adjustments. I would say is enormous to maintain +27 inside. We kept room window open almost all the time, but it was on a busy street side, so noise etc also come inside.

Good location. U bahn in 200 mtrs from entrance. Very safe parking. Friendly reception. Excellent breakfast.
