Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Well overall the service was really good but we arrived and the guest passes weren't ready then and next day when we actually needed them they were again not ready and when the lady on the reception tried to make one for us there was some online error happening, so we waited for 10 mins and the result was still no guest passes... And we were in rush as we would miss the bus and we did. So that is something I think the staff needs to be a little bit more prompt about. (we were compensated for the travel tickets which were covered by guest pass)
The location is beautiful and it is walkable distance to small cafe, a shopping street with more beautiful cafes there is a grocery store right next door, there is bicycle rental shop and of course the bus stop for local transportation.... Makes it perfect.

Some additional charge need to pay(City Tax, Parking fee). But this was not informed during check-in though I have asked them explicitly. Room Door is not closing properly. Need to apply full muscle power to open/close.

carpeting everywhere, door locks did not work more than half the time. Rooms were dated, but the value was solid.
Breakfast was excellent, Staff was very good. Solid value for the stay.

Rooms has no air conditioners so in summer we need to open window to help. Our rooms were next to other property and not quiet. Most of restuarants and train station are on Garmisch side - far from hotel. Guests stay here would need a car.
The hotel is on Partenkirchen side. A walk towards Partenkirchen is nice and relaxing. A parking space (not free) is rather large.

The room had no airco and it can be big issue in the summer. The bed+pillow wasn’t very comfortable. For the dog we paid 11€ per day which I find a lot but it was ok.
Breakfast was delicious and extensive and the staff was very welcoming (towards our dog too). Also like the authentic style of the place.

We found leftover stuff from previous guests under the bed and in the small fridge. But bed and bath were clean.
The property was newly renovated in a nice fashion. We liked the style. It’s located next to the pedestrian area of the city. It’s in close proximity to many attractions.

Rooms are bit old styled. Air-con was missing, no fan was provided in summer. Hotel should change the pillow that do not look good under the pillow cover.
Location is great, it is just in the old Ludwigsstrasse. The staff was very good. Fitness facilities were also good.

Hotel is rather old and it seems they have only started renovations (one floor only). My in-room fridge was not working, and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Parking costs a whopping 11€/night and it’s an outdoor parking lot (no roof). Granted, parking is hard to find in the area, but the price is excessive. Plus 3€ spa fee.
Excellent location near the Partenkirchen pedestrian zone. Pets are allowed. Well-stocked, 24 hour mini-bar and snacks. Good sized room. Helpful and friendly staff
