Indifferent ans slow bar service, really poor wi-fi. no restaurants or shops near the hotel.Steam room and sauna not open in the morning, no one workignat the spa.

29 euro each for breakfast is very expensive, we went elsewhere and paid less than 25 euro for both of us, shame as it would of been nice to eat at the hotel.

All and all it was good experience. The was some minor issues with my access card/lock which resulted in me waiting 10 minutes in the hall way before gaining access to my room but besides that, everything was adequate.

The staff wasn't as attentive and professional as I am used to. I've experienced some communication/language problems with the front desk lady while checking in, which made the process unnecessary long. The washroom in my room wasn't spotless, as I ve noticed some hair on the floor which wasn't mine. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, so that was not very pleasant to experience.

Having such a lovely clean spa in the hotel made my stay so much more enjoyable. There even was a fitness gym, which I didn't use. But the pool and the sauna/relaxing area is beautiful.

Such beautiful building , it’s clean but the interiors absolutely in need for some freshen up Like we can skip some yellowish colors in the interior

This hotel stand right in front “ Messe Cologne “ building like literary across the street It’s an absolute perfect place as we did came for expo, there’s parking garage next to it how ever we advised you to came early to make sure you’ve got the space during expo times We are amazed of their staff hospitality which mind you it’s pretty hard to find this day in Europe unless you’ve travel to Asia , we would like to thank the young ladies who served us dinner and help us with the menu suggestions What a beautiful room with the view towards the city centrum and you see in the night the city train passing by between all those lights.

The housekeeping service consistently maintained the room's cleanliness as anticipated, even when I placed the "clean room" sign.

Not the fault of the Hotel, but right outside, you notice that Köln seems to have lost a bit quality in its own infrastructure.

The bed was not ergonomically placed despite the large room, so I could not put a charger in next to my bed as it was too close to the wall. The price of 2x breakfast + city tax came out to €75 which seems quite high. In general, for the price (though this was of course during high season due to the Christmas markets), you would expect more modern rooms, practical placement of the furniture, and a larger TV.
