The room was good (a couple of little niggles - shower products empty, and my partner found the pillows too soft, but nothing major) - the main drawback was the location. Admittedly it is very close to the train station, but that's part of the problem! We arrived on a Sunday, we didn't know about the side entrance close to the hotel so went out of the front entrance,,which meant navigating both the roadworks and a number of people sitting or lying in the street at the end of the road, many of whom appeared to be completely out of it on something. Then when we'd checked in, we left the hotel and 2-3 mins later we found ourselves in what looked like the red light district! The junkies were gone on the Monday, but still, it would put me off staying here again, even though the hotel itself was good :-(

They have lots room categories with minor differences which is confusing while booking.

The hotel is just beside the Main train station and although it seems an old building, the insides are good. Staff was helpful. Enjoyed my stay!

No ramp at the main entrance which was difficult for guests with luggages.

Super convenient location. Extremely quiet inside the room while the surroundings are so noisy.

Lack of power points and no USB points in room so problematic for using charging laptops etc. Room temperature difficult to get correct, and poor quality pillows, fixed by getting second pillow and something experienced in other German hotels. None of these things would stop me staying here in future.

Hotel is well situated for Main Station and Messe Frankfurt EXPO centre. Ideal also for local restaurants and shopping. Rooms good size and very clean / functional. Staff excellent providing efficient friendly service. Nice free cookies and haribo in reception too.

There was nothing to dislike this time. Staff was very helpful and my room was super nice. The bed was comfy.. overal I have no complaints.

In 2023 it was my first time in your hotel. I liked it so decided to come back again and in 2025 next year I will visit again. I like it that my room had a bathtub and that it was on the other side of the hotel this time with a view on the trainstation.

We travel with train. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was very good, however the bathroom could be better designed, difficult to get desired water temperature.

Nice hotel but the neighborhood is not. You can hear people shouting below. Many beggars within the area.

It was just across the north side entrance of the main train station.There is always a bowl of fresh fruits at the lobby. Cristine the front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel room is big with a large bathroom. Bed was comfy. The hotel has a sauna and gym at the 6th flr.

Breakfast is very expensive. To be fair we didn’t have it so I can’t comment on the quality…:but 24 euros per person seemed a bit steep.
