The beds are not that comfy, but still okay. Not all employees do their effort, some just play on their phones until their shift is over. If you need anything, ask for the manager, he’s really the best.

The windows blocked out a lot of traffic noise, that was nice. The manager switched our rooms for the second night and made our stay just perfect. Backside rooms are much smaller but quality of sleep will rise! He was really friendly and did his best to make things the best. The location is magnificent, right in the middle of everything. Checkin was very easy. Best value for that price in the city. The shower was really nice and the renovations done give the hotel an upgrade. Nothing but gratitude for being an affordable place in such a grate city!

The room stinks of smoke, you do get used to it but it is gross. We were saving all our plastic bottles to return for the deposits you have to pay for them. They were all removed by the cleaners.

We requested separate twin beds, and although the beds were independent, they were not physically separated. Due to the furniture design, it was impossible to separate them freely without occupying extra space.

The hotel's location offers excellent value for money. My friend and I appreciated its proximity to the historic center. Special kudos for the inclusion of a big water boiler in the room, allowing us to enjoy tea and coffee whenever we desired.

All staff was unfriendly and not polite at all and unable to smile (including breakfast), for the exception of one or two staff members. Rooms are very small, not suited to stay in them for very long

Great location in the city, near restaurants, cafes, stores, metro and city center. Good breakfast for the price. Room was clean and quiet. Good coffee machine in the room for first coffee of the day.

The lift is old but mostly very slow and small. Only 2 people could fit without any issues with their bags. We had to walk every day up and down the stairs (which was not a problem for us, but maybe for some others it will be).

Location of the hotel is great, close to the main city centre of Frankfurt which makes it very convenient given its price. The staff is attentive and helpful. The room was ok, nothing special but definitely fine to stay for a couple of nights. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was a pleasant stay for one night.

Lighting in the room was awful; luckily we had our own torches. Room was quite small so the bed was up against the wall and wardrobe.

Good location near the Dom. Room looked out onto quiet courtyard and window opened fully. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff at the check-in and check-out were not nice and appeared annoyed by doing their job. Exempla: I asked for the invoice to give to my company, and they informed me I would have it on my check-out. During the check-out, the lady there was not expecting my request and was very annoyed by having to give me the invoice. Even after the invoice was printed the information was completely incorrect and she didn't want to change it. The room was quite cold, and the heating was not working.

The location is incredible, very near to the city center. The ladies who help with the breakfast were also very kind, and the offering was as expected. In general, the room is comfortable and clean. The wifi is stable.

Only stayed one night due to train strikes but not refunded our 2nd nights accommodation. Bathroom floor had hair on it from previous guests.

Rooms are a bit outdated and there is quite much dust under the beds. The reception area is small and not so pleasant, and the lift is super slow :D But nothing too serious!

The location was excellent! Our room was facing the street, but you could not hear the street noise inside the room. Breakfast was very nice and had everything we needed. All in all, a very good quality-price ratio, could easily stay again in this hotel.
