The restaurant in the hotel was excellent, friendly staff and a great dinner. There is a lot of construction around the hotel which they can't control but it did create a bit of issue finding the hotel from the train station. Otherwise good walking distance from the Marienplatz area where we walked to every day.

Initially thought the room was dirty as floor had some fluff and a lot of dirty marks, however to be fair the bathroom , bed and rest of room was very clean. Was only given 1 single toilet roll throughout the whole stay (even though it was only half used!) would have expected a spare. Room.advertised as tea/ coffee maker etc however there was only 3 fruit tea bags, would have expected some coffee sachets and some milk containers.

Did say on the website there was tea and coffee facilities, well i had 2 fruit tea sachets which was fine for an evening drink but really could have done with a coffee in the morning. I'm sure if i'd noticed i could have probably got one from reception but it was late. Checked out early and no-one was at reception so just left my key on the desk. I had paid on arrival so presumed it was ok to do this.

Loved the room. Modern and comfy. Nice and warm too as it was quite cold and miserable out. helpful staff at reception. Gave me spot on directions to Marienplatz.

Seemed to be within an immigrant dumping ground. Fine for me but strange neighbourhood if solo female or with children.

It was near the central railway and near shops. It is a walking distance away to the center where we visited places.

No locked room for luggage before check in/once you’ve checked out, I’d recommend a small storage room

Good location, nice rooms, breakfast was excellent, I also liked the bar downstairs and the staff at the bar where really friendly, beer was exceptional

Great CBD location. 10min walk to railway station. Clean basic room. Hotel is situated above a brewery/ bar/ restaurant. Very handy during our stay as we were snowed in.

The mattress was really hard but this was solved because we asked for an extra quilt to put it beneath us.

Very central. Nearness to metro station. Coffee shops and restaurants a few metres away. Staff was helpful when needed. Very clean. Very good wifi connection

Had a nice restaurant, nice sized room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Walking distance from the old town. Lots of places to eat near by.

Check in process very confusing. Ended up registering at outside kiosk, entering personal details on large touchscreen kiosk where everyone could see. Said our room was still occupied and went back to registration page.. ok..now what? Room key is 100% digital. Not easy for older people to figure out. Didnt run into any staff until check out. Neighborhood was scary at times. TV only received 2 channels the first day, then none later days. Felt odd entering through a restaurant. Most room menu options on TV or web were not functional. Smallest elevator in Munich.

The bathroom had a door that couldn’t close. As a result, sounds and smells from intimate moments at the bathroom were spread all over the room. For a newly made couple or for friends booking the room I think is quite disturbing and embarrassing . Also, the area at night was not very safe

The location is quite close to the Central Station (Hauptbahnoff), so it is positive for transportation but sometimes not so pleasant for some homeless and drunk people overnight. Anyway, you can cope with that 👍

Excellent breakfast and a very comfortable procedure to access the hotel after closing time (electronic key) 😁
