It's a bit weird to get a message saying "algorhythm is wrong, there is no functioning TV". I don't watch TV, so it does not matter to me, but what's wrong in this case is the description, not the "algorhythm". Description how to get in could use improvement on where to find the 2nd door (after the main courtyard entrance).

This place is clean, quiet, comfortable, just as the description says. No frills, but that's also clear from the offer. Bedding is fine, so are the shared facilities.

The walls were too thin and one out of three nights there was a loud concert in the bar downstairs. Short bed and very thing duvets, cheap pillows. All together the stay was good but everything very basic and to a minimum. What was missing was a little more care from the host and communication, such as message reply to confirm when we check in/out, a bag of tea or coffee.

It felt like staying at a friends place, safe and cosy. Close to the center by tram. The neighborhood was boring but felt safe. The tv had many channels and movies. Also we shared the kitchen with just one other room so there was plenty of fridge space and we didn’t disturb each other.

You cant use the wash machine, could be very usefull for travelers pay for the use or having a free wash machine, the room is hot in summer, maybe a bigger ventilator could be great for the guests

Everything was perfect, reservation was smooth and automatizated which makes everything so fast. Instructions to arrive and open the place was very clear, the staff answer very soon and theres escential stuff in the department like a good fridge

The room was overpriced in my opinion. The room also needs some extra bed lights, there was just a big light. Early in the morning we were woken up by the flatmates with whom we shared the apartment.

It was very easy to find the hotel. Directly in front of the hotel was a tram station with a quick connection to the city center. The location of the hotel was perfect. The place was very clean and the communication with the owner was quick and clear.

The room is in a shared apartment on the third floor. There is no staff to check you in, which is ok. I did receive an email with codes to the front door and how to retrieve my keys to the room. But it would be nice if the building had some signs posted to where the apartment was. Other than that, it was great

The room is simple but clean. I like that. It is located on a busy street but the room faces the inner courtyard so it is very quiet. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. heaters, simple but clean. Great value for the money. I would stay again.

Very basic standard, Ikea style. Bathroom in the corridor, very strange door locking mechanisms, especially from the room (I have never encountered such a key design in my life). I was in Leipzig on a day when the temperature during the day reached 39 degrees in the shade, at night it hardly dropped below 30, so the only fan saved my 3h sleep. I recommend installing air conditioning.

The location is ideal as it is literally 15 minutes by tram from the centre. Everything was clean and most importantly in the 40 degree heat - there was a kitchen with a fridge.

There was a nightclub under our room which was very loud until the morning. The bathrooms were not clean and everything was greasy.

The possibility to have a private parking for 6€ per day. The location was also good as there was a train and bus station right in front of building.

I tried to phone at 11am to see if I could leave my bag, straight to an answer machine (in German). Was supposed to receive room access information at 2pm but by 6pm still no response. Tried phoning and once again straight to answer machine. Contacted booking.com at 7pm and they somehow managed to contact the owner after which the access room information arrived. Stated the room had TV which is one of the reasons I booked it. Then as soon as I had paid for it I got a message saying the TV was not working, no reception. By then it was too late for free cancellation. Surely something like that should be made clear in the description of the property beforehand. Not really worth the bother or hassle staying here.

I want to express my disappointment with the management of this hotel. We had made a reservation explicitly indicating the need for accommodations for three adults. However, upon our arrival, we were greeted with an unprepared sofa, which was clearly insufficient for a third adult. When we approached the management, hoping for a suitable solution, we were met with an offer that can only be described as an insult. They suggested that we cancel our existing reservation and make a new reservation in a different place. This suggestion is simply not realistic to expect us to find something on such a short notice. Furthermore, we were provided with only one set of keys for the room, which caused inconvenience throughout our stay. It's a basic expectation that a reservation for three adults should come with adequate sleeping arrangements and proper room access. The lack of foresight and poor handling of our reservation left us extremely dissatisfied with our stay. We had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but instead, we were met with frustration and disappointment. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and improves their reservation and room accommodation processes to prevent future guests from experiencing similar inconveniences.

I could not find anything that I didn't like. It even exceeded my expectations.

We loved staying there. Very clean and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped (the only thing I didn't find was the cutting board), it has coffee, tea, and even Nutella:). The room overlooks the street where Straßenbahn is, so it might be a bit noisy sometimes with the open windows, but not annoying. And the tram stop is just 1 min walking distance, very close. The TV set has Netflix and other platforms to enjoy the TV-shows.

- parking at the venue was working (because the door was not working and despite it was marked as "has parking") - the door was closed, despite the instruction (but solved with the stuff by phone from the second attempt) - the key from the inner room was not convenient, it took me 5 minutes to close the door before i got used to it, owner should change the locks and keys - i heard everything what my neithbours were talking about loud at 6.00 - was listening for trams till 24.00 - toilet paper was almost done
